East side/West side, I have no idea, sorry,
I mean Best Western Plaza Hotel
3934 21st Street, Long Island City, New York

Ah your hotel is in Queens, not Manhattan. Take AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway, at any station between Kew Gardens and Roosevelt Ave transfer to the F subway, get off at 21st St-Queensbridge, hotel is about a block and a half from there.

I'm from Brazil
Can you tell me how can I go to Edison Hotel 228 West 47th Street (btw. 8th & Broadway)from JFk by AirTrain?
Thank you

Take AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to 50th St. Walk south (against traffic) on 8th Ave to 47th St and turn left.

Follow the signs to Air Train. Take the Air Train to the Howard Beach stop. Then follow the signs to the Manhattan bound 'A' Train (New York City Subway). Take the 'A' Train to 42nd St and 8th Avenue. 5 block walk to hotel. Good Luck. Safe trip.

Hello
my mother arrives at JFK via Etihad and then continues on to Washington Dulles but her customs and immigration will be at JFK. which means she will need to collect her luggage at JFK I believe terminal 4 and then go to terminal 3 to catch her Delta flight to DC. does anyone know what the policy with the luggage is? does she have to haul it with her betweek terminals or is there a place to drop off luggage after customs for connecting flights?
any response will be extremely helfpful since she is travelling alone and quite elderly

When she exits customs look for the Delta connecting flights counter where she can drop her luggage. Then proceed to the third floor of T4 to AirTrain and take train on track 2 one stop to T3.

I have a similar case but my mom is coming from kuwait to NY on Kuwait airways and going to Boston on Delta:
Where is the delta connectiosn counter located in termincal 4?
Can she use the connection counter if here Delta ticket is a seprate from her ticket used coming from kuwait? I meen booked seperatly

Yes, she can use it.

where is the delta connection flight counter in terminal 4 located?

Right after customs exit, to the left.

Hi,my flight from Chicago ohare will land at T2 around 3:00pm,my connection flight to Morocco via royal air maroc at 6:25 will i have enough time to check in ?
Thanks

yes, that's over 3 hours which is plenty of time.

If the flight from Chicago is delayed by more than 2.5 hours then you will probably miss your flight to Morocco.

Hi,
I fly from shannon to JFK in novemeber, arriving terminal 3 at 13.33, flight # DL 0123.I have to make it to terminal 1 for flight departing to SF at 15.15 flight # DL 0127.
Will i make it and can you advise how do i get between terminals?do i have to collect my bag in ny or can it go straight to SF?
Thanks

You will clear US customs prior to departure at Shannon and both flights are on Delta so your bags should go straight through to SF. Since both flights are Delta and you arrive at T3 you should depart to SF from either T2 or T3 which are connected. If for some reason you are scheduled to depart to SF from T1 take Airtrain on track 2 one stop to T1.
