Stolen Uniqlo shirt and two new Lacoste shirts
I am writing to report a theft. My brother boarded CX 889 on Saturday, Jun 25. He checked in his luggage at 8 pm for a flight to Vancouver, Canada. Three items were stolen from his luggage: 1) Uniqlo shirt, violet, large, for boys. 2) Two new Lacoste shirts for men, violet and green. I would appreciate hearing from Cathay. This is terribly stressful for my family. We would very much like to receive compensation for these three missing items.

I doubt cathay is reponsable for this. You are better off reporting it directly to JFK since they are responsable for hiring the people that check the luggage.

desperate to get my iPad..... please help ...... can anybody help me with united airlines lost and found to give me a number with a live person? Please??? I have left messages everywhere... from San Francisco to New York for the past several days.... no response from United...... a name? a number? anything you can tell me to help me find my ipad? Lost black iPhone 4 in terminal 7 6pm 23/06/2011
Our black iPhone 4 most have slipped out of our Bag or stolen yesterday during our route thru immigration, TSA and bagage claim in terrminal 7 arriving with BA 013.
We have issued a message to The Phone but please Call us at 004521150710 if you have any information or found our Phone. Thanks

From Terminal 7 to Terminal 3
Hi, I will arrive terminal 7 about 11am and depart about 02pm same day from terminal 3. I would like to know how and how long does it take from Terminal 7 to Terminal 3? we have 03 childs and 02 big suitecases. Thank you!

how long to check in bags for international flight to UK
hello, I was wondering (before booking) how long it would take to transfer my luggage when I land to a conneting flight that will be going to london. For example...first flight arrives at 7:25 AM. Flight for London is due to leave at 9:43 AM. Will this be enough time for the airline to transfer my luggage for the connecting flight? Thank you.

You can ask at your original departure destination for your luggage to be transferred all the way to your final destination so you dont have to worry about it until you get to London UK. Your time frame looks good for a connection.

Will we have enough time?
Hi, My daughter & I arrive from Australia in LA for a stopover on QF 107 for JFK and arrive at 5:15 pm. I am assuming we will go through customs at JFK as I can't imagine they would take all the luggage off the plane in LA & then put it back on again. We are catching CT Limo to Connecticut at 7:10 pm. Where in relation to customs is CT Limo in Terminal 7 and will we have enough time to get there once we clear customs only having 2 hours? Thanks for any help.
