I will be coming back from la paz bolivia to jfk new york through american airlines. I I know I am entitled to 2 baggaesIs the weight of my 2 luggages 50lbs? and I was wondering how much is it going to cost me for the overweight on both?

American charges $100 for an excess weight. And that is per bag.

I'll be arriving from Brazil at Terminal 8 (AA950) and just after I have a connection flight to Montreal (AA4508) at the same terminal. What are the proceedings? Would I need to re-check my baggage? What about clearing customs and security? Thanks.

You will be :
-clearing immigration
-picking up your bags
-clearing US customs
-transferring the bags at AA connecting flights counter
-clearing security

I will reach T4 by AI at 6.00 AM and then fight to San Juan at 2.29 PM from T8 by AA. can I make a trip to Manhattan and come back to JFK before 11.30 AM

Yes, It is roughly 1hr each way JFK-Manhattan(either by taxi or express bus).

I will be arriving from Barcelona at 1:55 p.m on American. Looking at a flight to OMA at 3:55 p.m. on Delta. Is that enough time to clear customs and get to T2 or T3?

You should be OK as long as you make it at Delta before 2:55pm. Clearing customs takes up to 40 min and between terminals 10-15 min.
Having your Delta boarding pass issued by American and checking the bags through will help you a lot.

I will be arriving this friday on AA to terminal 8 at 3:00pm I will then be leaving from term 4 with swiss air at 6:oopm. I will have one bag that I will check in in denver and need to get it at term 8 and check at term 4. Will i have enough time and where do I go to get my bag and the tram? Thanks much!

You will pick up your bag at T8, domestic baggage claim which is on the first floor of the building. Then you will go to the second floor , follow the signs to the Airtrain and take it on track 2 to Terminal 4.

Go to the second floor of Terminal 8. Follow the signs to Airtrain. Take it on track 2. Terminal 3 is four stops away.

Take Airtrain on the second floor of T8, on track 2. T4 is three stops away.

I am flying into terminal 8 and transferring to another flight that leaves terminal 8 five hours later. My flight arrives at the same time as the world cup soccer match between USA and England kicks off. Is there anywhere in terminal 8 that I might be able to watch the match, and if not, where might I be able to get to in the airport that would be showing the match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks!
