Self and family are arriving on three different flights, 2 at T1 and the other at T7. Flights arrive within an hour or so of each other. Where is the best place to meet ready to take taxi to Brooklyn?

From Terminal 4 take any train on track 2 to reach Terminal 3.

It will depart from terminal 3. You should arrive 2 to 3 hours before your scheduled flight to clear security and to check in.

Time enough for formalities?

I'm an Belgian citizen returning back to Belgium from USA. I will be traveling from San Antonio (SAT, Texas) to Brussels (Belgium) via Detroit and New York JFK (change of aircraft). My Delta flight (DL140) from Detroit will reach at JFK T3 at 5:19 PM and and I have to change aircraft (always flight DL140). DL140 flight will leave from JFK T4 at 7:05 PM. I will have 1 check-in luggage along with 1 carry-on bag.
1) Will I need to retrieve my luggage at T3 and go to Terminal 4 and check in again the luggage (1 checked bag)?
2) Do I have to go through custom and security check-in again at Terminal 3 / T4 ?
3) Is 1.46 hour enough time to complete all these formalities and get from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4?

1. Ask that at San Antonio. I believe your bags should be clipped all the way to Brussels Belgium.
2. No need to go through Customs as you are leaving US but you will clear security

Connecting time ....
I was wondering a flight coming in from Buffallo NY to JFK at 7:30am with a 55 min layover departing from JFK to Ft Lauderdale departing at 8:25am is there enough time too make the connecting flight? Also which terminal does Delta land from planes coming in from Buffallo and take off too Ft Lauderdale?

Terminal 2/3. You should be able to connect if two flights are with the same airline as it requires walking from arriving to departing gate in just 55 minutes.
I am taking a group of
I am taking a group of students from San Jose, Costa Rica to Baltimore. We are arriving at JFK in Terminal 8 and then flying out of the American Eagle gate (31B? -- still within terminal 8?) 2.5 hours later. When will we go through customs? If it's here at JFK, do I have enough time to get 16 students through before our flight? Thank you for your help! :-)

You will pass through Immigration and Customs at Terminal 8. 2.5 is tight for 16 students to pass immigration and Customs but may be possible if it isnt busy.

Connecting flight from T8 to T4
CHIN: Hi I will be traveling from Austin (AUS, Texas, USA) to Delhi (DEL, India) via New York (JFK). My AA flight from AUS will reach at JFK T8 at 2.30PM and Air India flight will leave from JFK T4 at 4.50 PM. I will have 02 check-in luggage along with 1 carry-on bag.
I am an INDIAN citizen and returning back to India from USA.
