Hello....
I am arriving on a delta flight on terminal 3 and will depart from Terminal 7 on British Airways. Is the baggage claim on terminal 3 downstairs and do I just walk outside to catch a bus to get to terminal 7 or is there another way to get there?

There is a light rail train that connects all the terminals. Once you collect your baggage you can board the train and arrive at Terminal 7 in a few minutes.
