Im going to JFK next week and i want to know how is the cheapest/fastest way to go from JFK to Queens (Astoria BLVD and 31 street) Hope someone help me.

Take Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, take E subway to Jackson Hgts/Roosevelt Ave. and transfer to the Manhattan-bound #7 subway. At Queensboro Plaza transfer to the Astoria-bound N subway and get off at Astoria Blvd. Total cost of Airtrain/subway is $7.25. Taxi is faster but will cost about $40.

I'm traveling from JFK to Manhatten.

I plan to take the airtrain to jamaica station and then the E line subway to downtown. I know that the air train is $5, and needs to be paid with a single use metrocard. I also heard that the metrocard has free transfers. Will that single card work for the airtrain and subway too?

Help, flying into JFK from the UK with 3 children and am flying out of Newark the following morning, can anyone help me with the safest and cheapest way to get to there please, thank you (it will be a Sunday evening about 6ish, if that makes any difference)

Take the NYAP Bus to newark or a taxi or you can take LIRR to Penn Station and take amtrak or NJ Transit to Newark

Hello, could you please advise what options are there regarding the best ways to get from JFK to Candy Hostel on the 95th Street, in Manhattan?
thank you in advance

Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip direct to your destination. NYAS express bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal ($15), then walk one block to 7th Ave. and take the uptown 1,2 or 3 subway to 96th St. Walk one block south to 95th St. and turn right. Airtrain/subway is $7.25: take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, take E subway to 42nd St./Port Authority and follow signs for transfer to the uptown 1,2 or 3 subway and follow as above.

So I fly into terminal 4 on Emirates at 2:15 pm early next week, and then I have a domestic flight going to Atlanta (terminal 3) at 8pm that same night. I am a gold member of Emirates and I would like to sit in their business lounge at terminal 4 for a few hours before heading to terminal 3. Can I use the air train to go between terminals 3 & 4 after I have gone through security or can you only use it before security? Thanks!

I have a few questions
1) i am arriving by turkish airline at terminal 1 and leave for tampa by american from terminal 3. Where can i drop my baggage after i clear customs? Would i have to take them all the way upto amercian check in counters? The luugages would be tagged upto my final destinations.
2) on my way back I am overnoghting at JFK coz of mis connection so is there left luggae facility at terminal 1
Thanks

I'm coming in at JFK 7am this coming Monday. I need to get from JFK to Mastic, Long Island. What's the easiest and/or cheapest way??

Easiest and cheapest is by LIRR. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and LIRR to Mastic-Shirley. There's a train leaving Jamaica at 8:11am, the next train is not until 10:41am and both trains will require a transfer at Babylon to continue on the Montauk Branch to Mastic. Travel time from Jamaica is about 1.25 hours, Airtrain fare is $5 and LIRR is $11.

I would like to leave my car at JFK long term parking for about 8 hours. Can I then take the airtrain to howard beach and catch the A train into Manhattan? Which long term lots can I do this from?

I arrive at 12:29pm at JFK terminal 8 and have to go through customs with light luggage. Then I have an interview at the terminal 4, IAT for the Global Entry Application.

What is the best way to get from terminal 8 to 4 and do I have enough time to do this? I do have someone picking me up at the airport by car so, if that is faster/more convenient, please, let me know as well.

I´ll arrive to JFK on July 30th 7 o'clock in the morning and I need to go to 23st and 7th in Manhattan, what is the rute I have to take and how long does it take? Thanks

Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip, at that time of the morning it could take well over one hour. You can also take the subway; take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway to 23rd St. and walk one block east to 7th Ave., travel time about 1.5 hours and cost is $7.25.
