JetBlue JFK Terminal 5

JFK Terminal 5 seems more like a bazaar than a terminal. From baggage drop to security to food kiosks, it is chaos. And the main reason is lack of design flow and people flow. Whoever designed this lacked organization skills. There is no order and total pandemonium. The simplest things were baggage drop and security, and it is first come first serve. This is an airport, not a market. The food kiosks are worst - from a pool of people one has to figure out which line goes to which vendor. You self place your order on a tablet and get a number. Another pool of people is waiting to collect their order. Then there is an open floor marketplace with hundreds of people to endeavor before one gets in a line for a cashier to accept your payment. This workflow would work like a charm if there were only 20 percent of the passengers. But today, November 19, it is a disorderly shamble at 8 am, and it is not even Thanksgiving!

Delayed luggage

Dear jetblue T terminal 5,
I have been waiting for my suitcase to arrived to my final destination in jfk from LAX to MAD since August 23rd.
Since Iberia can’t locate my suitcase with tag #0279400051, I was able to contact JetBlue myself and locate the suitcase in terminal 5 at JFK. My sincere request to update us if you still have the suitcase in there and a solution to send it to Iberia to be send off to Madrid. We have a claim reference # MADIB66298 with Iberia for our delayed luggages in which they know all our information to deliver the bag. Ps. They have delivered 2 out of 3 suitcases but still missing one more luggage.
Any update or information about the status of the luggage is much appreciated. My sincere thanks to all of you in terminal 5 in advance.
Best, Shadi

For your reference, here is the e-ticket #

Lost luggage

I left JFK terminal 5 with Aer Lingus on the 12th of August to Manchester, UK and checked in two very large grey suitcases with an orange/brown zip. They are hard shell 'it.' cases. They didn't make it on my flight and their is no tracking information on my cases at all so I am assuming they never left JFK.
