I lost a brown leather wallet at terminal 5 on Mon, Jan 29.
It contains different cards: health insurance, doctor licence, dominican republic resident card, 2 credit cards.

Lost iPhone
Left on Air Lingus flight EI 109 12/12. Received call to my husbands phone (emergency contact) that it was found by Fenix Logistix employee and to return to T5 to collect. Not enough time before boarding flight to LA from T 7 but figured I could have it shipped. No One is cooperating in getting it back to me. Not air Lingus, not jfk lost and found, not Fenix Logistix. I am a senior on a fixed income. Can someone please help?

The terminal 5 gates 12-17 area is extremely warm. Very uncomfortable no air conditioning

JFK Terminal 5 seems more like a bazaar than a terminal. From baggage drop to security to food kiosks, it is chaos. And the main reason is lack of design flow and people flow. Whoever designed this lacked organization skills. There is no order and total pandemonium. The simplest things were baggage drop and security, and it is first come first serve. This is an airport, not a market. The food kiosks are worst - from a pool of people one has to figure out which line goes to which vendor. You self place your order on a tablet and get a number. Another pool of people is waiting to collect their order. Then there is an open floor marketplace with hundreds of people to endeavor before one gets in a line for a cashier to accept your payment. This workflow would work like a charm if there were only 20 percent of the passengers. But today, November 19, it is a disorderly shamble at 8 am, and it is not even Thanksgiving!
Lost iPad on plane
Flew on flight from rsw to jfk today arrived at 5 pm. Left my iPad in seat pocket 3-C. Help!!
