Hi, I'm getting a flight in by Air France that gets into JFK at 3.45. Will I have enough time to get to the Port Authority bus terminal to get a bus at 6.30 without taking a taxi?

Yes, you will be able to do that. Assuming that you will spend 1 hr in customs/immigration and then take NYAS express bus ($15) with which will take you no more than 1:15 hrs to get to PA bus terminal.

We arrive in Terminal 4 at
We arrive in Terminal 4 at 3.20pm and then have to go to Terminal 5 for a flight to Dulles at 4.52pm. What is the procedure re. baggage collection and Airtrain. Will we have enough time?
Checkbin in different terminal
My flight is on terminal 8, can I check in and stay in the lounge in terminal 4 and go to terminal 8 for broading? If not is there any lounge in terminal 8? I will have an early flight 650, when is the soonest check in time? Will the airport have a close time? Thanks!!

You can stay at T4 lounges but AA allows check-in after 3am(for the flights for the same day). Not having a boarding pass will prevent you from going to AA lounges.
Your only alternative is to use T4 lounge and check with AA after 3am.

Time to spent out JFK
I'll travel on 28 December arriving at 7;30am EK in terminal 4 and at 16:00pm I should take a plane at terminal 8 AA, My questions are: Do I have to claim luggage? or they take directly the luggage to the other airline? What can I visit in NYC or nearby JFK if I've 6 hours to spend there ? How long before I should be at the Terminal 8 to do the checking? Thank you.

My daughter and 2 grandchildren will be flying in from Detroit with a 4 hour layover (Delta) before flying to Dakar(Delta) where they will be spending 9 months. Her father and I would like to visit with them during this layover. Is there any way we can do that? This will be happening next Saturday (Aug.28th).
If they have to come out and then go back through security, what are the amenities we can go to?
You will be able to meet
You will be able to meet them as regular passengers coming off domestic flight. Unfortunately you won't be able to go behind security and use the restaurants there - for that purpose you can go to T4 where the food court is outside security.
Need to recheck baggage (SYR-JFK-SIN)?
I will be flying on a Delta flight from Syracuse to JFK (terminal 3) and then on SQ 25 to SIN from JFK (terminal 4). Do I need to recheck my luggage at JFK? How do I get from terminal 3 to terminal 4? Also, I know SQ25 flies out of terminal 4. Does anyone know which concourse A or B? I have a long layover at JFK, where is the best place to hang out for 7 hours with a 5-year-old?

Use Airtrain across the street from T3, on track 1 over to T4.

Recheck in bag to Delta at Terminal 4
My wife will be arriving at Termianl 4 via Emirate with infant at 1:50pm and has delta connection at Terminal 3 at 4:45pm,
1) where to recheck in bag at Termian4 for her delta connection? Does she need to carry luggage from termimal 4 to terminal 3? or Delta has recheckin counter after custom?
2) Is 3hour enough for Immigration, custom and terminal change?
