thx it seems to be worse when traffic management is in effect. hoping that it is getting better dont fancy sitting for 8 hours on the tar with a 8 and 2 year old

It is just incredible the major level of unorganization at JFK, went there last night, trying to have a hope on my flitgh.. There was a car on fire on the departures.. U cant even walk trough.. Fights between airport security and passangers.. I cannot believe we are on USA anymore....!! This is really upsetting. In the other hand LAN Has been horrible..!!!! Horrible..!! With their responses... CUSTOMER SERVICE goes beyond.. "may I help u?"

Last I heard it was still down to/from Jamaica, only running between terminals, Federal Circle, Lefferts and Howard Beach.
