directions from jfk to secaucus junction
I need to travel from JFK to Secaucus Junction. I was thinking of taking the air train into Manhattan. Can anyone advise what stations I need to change at. Also I will be in NYC for a week is there a weekly ticket that I could buy which would allow daily travel from Secaucus Junction and Manhattan and if so how much does it cost? If there is a weekly ticket would this also include the air train cost?
thank you
Sue
flight connection
on the 8th of July , I am arriving at jfk airport at 17:35 from Pisa(Italy), and I need to take the connection to Denver(Colorado) at 19:30 , i am fliying with Delta Airlines. will I have enough time to catch the connection? and what are the procedures that i need to follow once I have landed?
thank you very much for your help
re:arriving at jfk airport at 17:35 from Pisa(Italy)
You have enough time to transfer as long as the flight from Pisa is on time.
This is what you have to do :
-clear immigration
-pick up your bags(if you have any)
-clear US customs
-transfer the bags at Delta connecting flights counter(of you have any)
-go to the third floor, clear security and look for the gate for the flight to Denver.

Info
Hello.
I don't know if this is the right place to post that. If not, my apologies.
We are going to travel to San Francisco from Spain in september, and we have to "stop" in JFK for 11 hours (!). Then, we will fly to San Francisco. My question is: Can we visit NY in those 11 hours, or must we to stay inside the airport?
Sorry for my english!
Thank you,
Pedro
Hola.
Gracias y saludos,
Pedro
re: travel to San Francisco from Spain in september

URGENT - what to do in the airport
I'm traveling into JFK the morning of July 4 from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is the first time I will ever be traveling by myself and I need to catch a flight to RDU in NC two hours later. I am a US citizen.
In order to ensure that I don't have any problems in those two hours, could you please walk me through exactly what I need to do in the airport. For example, will I be going through customs? Will I have to claim my baggage and then re-check it for the second flight because of customs or will it be automatically transferred over for me? Etc, etc.
Thank you so much for your help!
re: traveling into JFK the morning of July 4 from Buenos Aires
You have time to transfer.
I guess you are traveling with AA.
This is what you have to do :
-clear immigration
-pick up your bags
-clear US customs
-transfer the bags at AA connecting flights counter
-go to the third floor and clear security
Then look for your gate for the flight to RDU.

Closing Hours
Does the airport stay open 24/7?
Yes they are 24/7 but there
Yes they are 24/7 but there is a certain time in which they stop working 'but airport remains OPEN' because of many flights arriving overnight in the very early mornings
