Early (earlier that 6:00am) pick-up of luggage is possible.
Price list (as of May 1st,2010) for baggage storage only at the facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 4.
The prices are per bag, per 24 hours:
Up to 20" - $4
21" - 24" - $6
25" - 26" - $8
27" - 32" - $11
Other(non standard bags, skis etc) - $16

Hello,
I am flying from MIA to JFK by American Airlines early in the morning around 9 am to Terminal 8 and afterwards I am flying from JFK to Istanbul by Turkish Airlines in the afternoon around 5 pm. I want to store my baggage during that time, which storage is the closest one to use and do you know if Turkish Airlines accept early check-in? Thank you very much

Since Turkish Airlines is located at T1 it is convenient to use the storage at T1.
Turkush Airlines usually opens up their counters 3-3.5 hours prior to departure time.

There is Post office at JFK, but is not located at the terminals.
There is also parcel service at T1, first floor - you can use that one for shipping.

How safe is baggage storage at JFK's Delta Termina 3?
I am worried after reading posts about theft, can anyone tell me if their luggage was safe there? My luggage is locked but..some people mention locks being broken or picked. Is this a safe place to store?

I need to store my bike (in a box) for 7 days at the airport. I fly from NY to London in American and then come back to NY and fly to Santiago Chile in Lan Chile. Do you have space? How much is it per day? At what terminal do you recommend to store it? Thank you!

Yes, you can store the bike. Most likely it will cost you $16/day. The most convenient place will be the storage at T4.

CHECKING IN FOR ONWARD FLIGHT
Hi,
We arrive from Heathrow to JFK with British Airways and have an onward flight with Delta Airlines 7 hours later. Does anyone know if we can check our luggage straight in again for our onward Delta flight or whether they only open their check in desks say a few hours before the flight departs?

Hello,
My flight will arrive to Terminal 7 but my next connection departs from Terminal 4.
Can I store my luggage in Terminal 4 even though I'm not arriving there? only scheduled to depart from there.
