Price list (as of May 1st,2010) for baggage storage only at the facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 4.
The prices are per bag, per 24 hours:
Up to 20" - $4
21" - 24" - $6
25" - 26" - $8
27" - 32" - $11
Other(non standard bags, skis etc) - $16

Finding My Bags
I'm stranded in NY after traveling in from Amsterdam/Capetown and was unable to get my bags last night before leaving the airport to find a hotel. I'm finally getting out @ 7am tomorrow to LA and want to know how & where to find my bags when I arrive. They were originally checked through to LA-The tags numbers are KL709256/KL709267..Thanks for the help!

It is priced by dimensions, not by weight.
Small bags are around $8 per day per bag; medium ones are $12, and big ones(suitcases) are $16-$18 per bag per day.

I am arriving at LGA at 8am, and I had a flight from JFK the next day at 11pm. So, I am planning to gor a city tour. Can I go from LGA and keep the luggage in the storage of JFK ? or should I have to land directly in JFK in order to store my luggage ??

Well, transferring the airports will always bring those luggage problems. You can either keep your luggage in storage at LGA, go to the city and then go back to LGA , retrieve you bags and go to JFK; or go with your bags to JFK, store them there and then go to the city.
This will be avoided easily if you fly in and out the same airport.

Closest ones are at T1 and T4. Delta terminals do not have
storage.

7 DAYS
I will stay at NY 7 days. But I need to flight to Atlanta after staying NY with BIG LUGGAGE, so I want to know that is it possible to put my luggage in airport storage for 7 days? And what is the cost would be? THANKS,

If you look at the info above it will cost you $16-$18 per day per piece of luggage( if it is really BIG).

FYI, there is new baggage storage facility open at Terminal 8(American Airlines). Will get back with phone numbers, prices and hours of operation.
