re:I need to go 409 Edgecombe avenue
Hello,
There is shuttle that will take you to that address for $18-$25 per passenger. Speak to the agents at Ground Transportation Counter(Welcome Center) for the schedule and exact prices. That option is less expensive than a cab.

shuttle from jfk to pa (harleysville)
what is the cheapest way to get from Harleysville, Pa to JFK.?
re:what is the cheapest way to get from Harleysville, Pa to JFK
I am not sure of the way to get from that place to Philadelphia. But from Philadelhia you can take either Greyhound bus to Manhattan or Amtrak train to Manhattan. Then Subway/LIRR to Jamaica Station and then Airtrain to JFK.

Newark to JFK
Hello
I'm leaving Toronto on a Thursday at 6.30 a.m. arriving in Newark at 7.56 a.m. I depart JFK at 11.15 a.m. on an international flight.
1) What's the best/cheapest way to get to JFK from Newark?
2) How far is JFK from Newark?
3) Is there enough time to get from Newark at JFK to catch my flight?
4) Do I have to check my luggage out at Newark and transport it myself to JFK?
Thank you for your time
RJ
re: I'm leaving Toronto on a Thursday at 6.30 a.m.
1.)In your case the best way is to take a taxi from Newark Airport to JFK. As per http://www.taxifarefinder.com/
"The estimated fare is $101.87 using the rate in NY. The trip is 36.4 mi and will take 41 mins. This includes a 15% tip.
*Notes:
* Tolls & airport charges not included. Airport Fees
* Estimated w/ New York Rates. "
2.) ~ 36.4 miles
3.) You do have time to catch your flight.
4.) Yes, you have to pick up your bags at Newark and transport them with you to JFK(99% sure).Check with the airline again in Toronto.

JFK airport to Hampton Inn JFK
Is there any public transportation from JFK Int'l Airport to Hampton Inn JFK at 1pm and 10pm?
re:JFK airport to Hampton Inn JFK
Take ANY Airtrain on track 1 to Federal Circle. Once there, go to the first floor and call the hotel from the courtesy(free) phones. The hotel will send a free shuttle to pick you up.

How to get from LaGuardia to JFK
Am arriving on April 2nd at LaGuardia at 20.47 pm. I need to catch a plane at JFK just before midnight. Would a cab be the fastest way and how much would it cost?
re:Am arriving on April 2nd at LaGuardia at 20.47 pm
Taxi will be on the meter(expect around $30). It is the fastest way.

going from JFK to Staten Island
I'll arrive at JFK on June 26th.
Is there a shuttle going from JFK to Staten Island, otherwise what is the quickest way either by bus or by subway?
Thanks in advance
re:Is there a shuttle going from JFK to Staten Island ,
There is no shuttle from JFK to Staten Island(even a lot of them claim that are going there).
The quickest way to get there is by Airtrain to Howard Beach Station, then subway A to Fulton-Broadway stop , then take subway 4 or 5(towards Brooklyn) to Bowling Green stop. From there take Staten Island Ferry to Staten Island.

Transport
We are coming into JFK on Thursday morning and wish to get to hotel on W 36th St. Believe we can get the AirTrain and subway, but not sure of the routes. Please advise.
re: We are coming into JFK on Thursday morning and wish to get
I am not sure where you hotel is located exactly but getting to Penn Station will be close enough to W36 street.
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then either:
-take subway line E to Penn Station or
-take LIRR to Penn Station(faster but more expensive)
