Duty Free shop
I bought some alcohol on September 11th at the Duty free shop in terminal 1. But I have lost the receipt. So I wanna know the phone number or e-mail address of the duty free shop.
If possible, I would like to know whether the shop can send the receipt again through a fax or e-mail.

Good morning, I lost my luggage
The connecting flight from New York to Sao Paulo and then to Asuncion last Friday 1 October, I lost a suitcase, and made the claim for the TAM that is what took my suitcase, just wanted to know if could contact someone there at the airport also can help me, because in that baggage I have important documents of a training course I did in Japan.
I would appreciate any help you can give me, for I am desperate for this document was lost especially with other things that had sentimental value on the package that was lost.

Delta Baggage Transfer Desk T1?
Hello. I will be arriving in T1 on an AIR FRANCE flight from Paris @340PM - connecting with a Delta flight to LAX@7PM from T2. My luggage will be checked through to LAX. After clearing Immigration and Customs, is there a DELTA BAGGAGE TRANSFER DESK in TI? I plan to walk from T1 to T2. Thank you.

Yes, it is XpresSpa which is located behind security. You can access it only if you are departing out of T1.

Getting from T1 to T2
I will be flying into T1 on AF06 ( AIRBUS 380) arriving at 340PM. I have to connect to a DL flight from T2 leaving at 7PM. I know I have to clear Immigration and Customs @JFK - but what is the best way to get from T1 to T2? How long would it take to walk between T1 and T2? Airtrain a better option? Thank you in advance anyone who kindly replies

The better way is to walk outside - it is only ~5min walk. T2 is on the right side of T1.

My friend is landing in Terminal 1 (Air France) today and I am landing in Terminal 4 (Air Berlin). I told him I would meet him at Terminal 1. Would you please tell me of a good, clear location where I can meet him after he comes out from customs (from Paris)? Thanks!

How to transfer from American Airlines Terminal to Terminal 1
I will be arriving at JFK airport at 830PM through American Airlines and have a connecting flight to Germany via Lufthansa flight at 945PM. How can I transfer to AA terminal to Terminal 1? Do I have enough time? Many thanks!

Hope that your arriving AA flight is not delayed!! Take Airtrain on track 2 from terminal 8 to terminal 1, takes about 10 minutes. Advise you try to arrive at JFK on an earlier flight if possible.

En el vuelo de conexión desde New York hasta Sao Paulo y luego a Asunción, del pasado viernes 1 de octubre, se me extravió una maleta, ya hice el reclamo correspondiente a la compañía TAM que es la que tomó mi maleta, sólo quisiera saber si podría contactar con alguien allí en el Aeropuerto que también me pueda ayudar, por que en ese equipaje tengo documentos importantes de un curso de entrenamiento que hice en Japón.
Agradeceré toda ayuda que puedan brindarme, pues estoy desesperado por que se extravió ese documento en especial, con otras cosas de valor sentimental que tenia en el bulto que se extravió.

from T8 to T1 to catch an international flight
i will take a domestic flight(AA) stopping at T8
and then catch an international flight(china eastern air) at T1.
But there is only 1hour 15mins for the transition.
Is the time enough for the transition?
Do i need to pick up my luggage myself and recheck-in Or the airlines would do the luggage transfer for me?
