He can go to the Hotel reservation desk(first floor) and use the paid Internet service there.

enough time?
I am arriving Aer Lingus at 7:40 from Dublin, then connecting in T5 Jet Blue to Charlotte at 9:45. Do I have enough time to go through customs, switch terminals, and go through security? What is the best way to get to T5? Will my bags be transfered to the Jet Blue flight, or will I need to pick them up first?
re: arriving Aer Lingus at 7:40 from Dublin,
You have enough time. Take Airtrain on the third floor of T4 , on track one and get off next stop.
Most likely the bags will not be transferred automatically - check that with Aer Lingus in Dublin.

We are arriving from Paris
We are arriving from Paris with xl airlines on terminal 4 and want to meet our daughter coming from Chicago on Jet Blue airline on Terminal 5 twenty minutes after us. How to get from terminal 4 to terminal 5 and where to meet? How long does it take? Can we walk or is it it better to take the train? Is there a central meetingpoint in terminal 5?
What to do in case one of our flights is delayed or directed to another terminal?
re:We are arriving from Paris
You can walk from T4 or T5 or take Airtrain on the third floor of T4 , on track 1 and get off next stop. Either way takes somewhere between 10-15 min.
Good meeting point at T5 is the Welcome Center on the first floor, arrivals.
Keep the same agreement in case of the flight disruption.

Query regarding travel from CLE to DEL via JFK
Hi,
My family is travelling from CLEVELAND to JFK with AA (that is arriving at T8 at JFK) and then JFK to DEL with Air India (that is departing from T4).
Arrival time of AA at T8 is 3:00 PM and Departure time of AirIndia at T4 is 5:00 PM.
Is this time gap of 2 hours is sufficient to board Air India flight?
Do they have to recheckin the luggages at JFK for AirIndia?
I confirmed from AA that they have baggage agreement with AirIndia so it should be through till DEL. Is it correct?
What steps my family has to do at JFK airport to board AirIndia flight easily?
Please suggest.
re: My family is travelling from CLEVELAND to JFK with AA
AA and Air India have a baggage agreement so the bags will be checked all the way through DEL. Your family does not have to pick them up at JFK. Just double check that with AA at CLEVELAND.
As soon as they land they have to go to the second floor of T8 and follow the signs to the Airtrain. Let them take it on track 2; the third stop is Terminal 4. There they have to go one floor up(the forth floor) and look for Air India counter.
The time is enough to make the connection.

Transit time
I am arriving with Delta from Bahamas on JFK and have 2 hours to catch my connecting flight with KLM to Amsterdam. Is that enough time to go through the customs and go through all the procedures.
RE:Transit time
It should be enough.
