Hello. I am flying home from Buenos Aires and arrive at JFK at 6:35 am. My flight home in the U.S. leaves at 3. Can I check my bag after picking it up at customs so I can go to a meeting in the city? Thanks

I will be arriving at JFK T8 next Thursday lunchtime from LHR, and have a 2 hour window until my connecting flight leaves for Costa Rica also from T8. Both flights on American Airlines. I realise I have to go through immigration, collect bags and check in again. Will I have enough time? Any tips on how to do this quickly and easily?

Hi there, I read your comments and Im little worried now. I arrive at JFK at 8pm in terminal 8 with AA and I have only 1h20min to catch my flight to Rio (also AA, terminal 8). Can somebody calm me down and say its possible to make it?

Hi.
I am due to arrive at JFK at 10.00pm on Friday night and have a connecting flight to Miami at 5.45am on Saturday morning. Both flight are American Airlines so likely to be terminal 8. Would prefer to just hang around the airport. What is it like for staying overnight at the terminal. Are there likely to be any eateries/shops open all night? Would it be better to wait at another terminal instead of 8?

Hi, I am travelling from Heathrow to toronto Via JFK..I have a student visa in Canada and my transit time is 2 hrs. I need to change aircraft frm american airnlines to american eagle airlines. Do i need a transit C-1 Visa?

my parents are arriving from delta and taking qatar to doha tomorrow. they have a transit of 8 hrs. can i enter the security to meet them? how can i arrange this?

You can do two things;
First: Talk to the ailines desk and see how you could get a visitor pass. It is very hard to get one, but no imposible, ask to seak to a supervisor. The other option is to get a cheap ticket, probablt $50 bucks to get aboarding pass and get in. that will be the more secure option.

Hello, what's a minimum time to change from domestic to international flight by AA at JFK? I have a stopover with Delta at DCA with just a bit motre than 30 minutes to change, assuming no delays. If there's a delay, next Delta plane to JFK is too late for connecting but separately bought AA ticket to Europe (Vienna via Heathrow with an hour or so at Heathrow), so i'm thinking about extending the AA flight to DCA. I have two options: one giving me half an hour extra and 4 at JFK or later which is the exact opposite with an hour at JFK, including possible delay and customs. Which is more feasible to pull off?

hello. i am arriving to jfk airport at terminal 2 with QR 701 at 14.15.this is first port of entry to us. i have another connecting flight to Norfolk from terminal 8 at 17.00. is it enough time to get through immigration and custom. which way i have to take to go terminal 8. please reply. this is my first time to us.

Hi, I have a fly into T8 arriving at 7:25am on 8/23, I have to collect my luggage, then I have another flight on T7 at 11:15am. Is that enough time FROM AA T8, collect my luggage and recheck on United Airlines T7?

I will arrive at JFK the 2 august at 1.35 PM from Milan and I have to take the flight to Miami at 3.05 PM.
1 hour and half to change.
Is it enought? All with American Airlines
