Priceless vacation photos
Monday Jan. 23 arrival at AA Terminal 8, lost black camera case, orange liner with Sony digital camera inside, along with several chargers. The camera has photos from vacation that we would hate to lose -- we were on flt. 1080 from Turks & Caicos and left the case near the baggage carousel.thank you for any help you can provide!

Hola! El 16 de febrero llegaremos con un vuelo proveniente de Miami de AA 2086 a las 9.05 PM, para tomar otro con destino Buenos Aires de AA 0955 a las 10.15 PM. LLegaremos a tiempo teniendo 1 hora con 10 minutos de tiempo??

the only flight into JFK from St. Lucia arrives at 8:21pm (American Airlines -believe terminal 8)- the only flight out that night leaves at 9:59 (Jet Blue - believe terminal 5) - giving us only 1hr 38min to go through customs - get bagage - check in with Jet Blue - and make it to terminal. Only other option is flying out next morning and would hate to have to pay hotel stay.

My husband and I arrive at JFK Terminal 8 from Finland on a Finnair flight at 4.55 PM. We will each be checking one bag. We'd like to take a Jet Blue flight to Ft. Lauderdale at 7.00 PM in terminal 5. Will we have time to go through immigration/customs, retrieve our bags, go to terminal 5, check in/bag drop, and go through security to make it to the flight on time?

That's a very tight connection, however, silver lining for your going out of JFK is that JetBlue is always delayed, so that might help you out a bit. Are your bags being checked through for you or do you have to pick them up at baggage claim and re-check them at JetBlue? I know many airlines have codeshare partnerships for this reason, but I'm not sure about Finnair and JetBlue.

My son is arriving in Terminal 8 and needs to get to Terminal 7 for a connecting flight; is it difficult to figure out the direction in which the Airtrain is going? How do you know which train to take to be sure that you are going from Terminal 8 to Terminal 7 (rather than Terminal 1 - or worse yet, leave the airport altogether? Never been to JFk, would appreciate help

I will be picking up my son at terminal 8, arriving AA flight 1416. He departed from terminal 4 (Delta.) Where is terminal 8?

I am answering my own question having found the answer the scary way: Terminal 8 is a LEFT EXIT, despite the way the lanes are marked by overhead signs with 8 all the way to the right. Keep left, and Terminal 8 is a left exit shortly past Terminal 4.

Does anyone know if the duty free shops selling liquor in Terminal 8 of JFK open early? Have flight to St Kitts at 8:30 AM and would like to purchase something to bring on vacation. Thank you for any info you can provide.

i will arrive jfk using american airlines on 15 jan at 16:00 ,i have a separated flight with austrian airlines (terminal1?)going to vienna at 17.50. are 2 hours enough to catch the other flight?

Yes Chriss, no problem. JFK is so easy to go around. I never got lost and my IQ is not that high. Just don't doze off waiting for your flight.

i have a flight from costa rica with AA(terminal 8?), arriving at 16.00 and than flying to austria with Austrian airlines(terminal1) at 17.50.
