Can someone advise me what's the best way to go from JFK International airport terminal to Yale University in New Haven, CT ? by Bus or by train?
Thanks

Bus may be a bit cheaper than train. By train; take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to either E subway or LIRR to Penn Station, take Amtrak train to New Haven. By bus; take E subway to 42nd St/Port Authority and take the bus from Port Authority Bus Terminal to New Haven. You can also take the NYAS bus from terminal to either Penn Station or Port Authority.

As above, you can also try CT Limo for service to New Haven from JFK. Ask at Ground Transportation/Welcome Center.

Is there a direct transit from one airport to the other or does one take the train to Penn station and then on to JFK? What's the best way from Penn station? How long would that take at rush hour?

Which airport are you coming from to go to JFK, Newark? If so State Shutte offers service between airports. Train from Newark Airport to Penn Station, LIRR to Jamaica and AirTrain to terminals is another option. Taxi is usually fastest but most expensive.

Great, thanks BG.

Taxi is fast and convenient to get from point A to point B and that would be in this case as well.

HI what is the best and cheapest way to get from JFK to 23 Strawberry Lane
Warren
New Jersey 07059
I have only one small bag and a small handbag

Taxi would be your best bet in this case.

Taxi please.
BG

I will get to JFK from China, and I'll have three baggages.Which is the most convenient way to get to Upenn,PA?Thanks a lot.

HELP! Im arriving from JFK and would need to go straight to Harvard University. How do i do this and how much will it cost me? It's my first time to be in the US. Im only a student.

I'm arriving on thursday morning, at 07:40 from Chile. I need to go straight to SUNY Farmingdale, how can I do it to take a Taxi and how much will cost? Thanks,

You want to take to AirTrain from any terminal to JAMAICA ($5) where you will take the Long Island Railroad to Farmingdale ($5.75 off peak) then once you are off the train there are taxis or you can take the N70 Nassau bus but make sure you have change if you want to do this. The trip to the farmingdale station is no more than an hour, there are trains from the airport every 10 mins and from jam to farmingdale every hour (9:10,10:10, 11:09... Etc)

Would like to know the following about the 7-Day Unlimited Ride Pass±
- if i can buy this card on the JFK airport
- can i use it on the Airtrain as well
- is it also applicable in Rutherford, zip 07073
