Train would probably be easiest. She should take Airtrain from her terminal to Jamaica station. Transfer to LIRR to Penn Station and then Amtrak to Providence.

I am flying into JFK on 8th
I am flying into JFK on 8th June and need to go to Newark Airport to complete the remainder of my journey. After that, I have to come from Newark Airport back to JFK about 2 days later. Is there a cheap form of transportation between the two airports and does it require advance bookings?
Take the train; take the
Take the train; take the Airtrain from your JFK terminal to Jamaica station. Then take either the E subway or LIRR to Penn Station and transfer to any NJ Transit NE Corridor train to Newark Airpoirt rail station. There's a similar Airtrain link there from station to terminals. Reverse your trip back to JFK.
