Hello,
My Mom is traveling from Russia arriving to Terminal 1, her next flight departs in 2 hours from Terminal 5, she doesn't speak any English, so it is going to be a challenge for her to make it through the airport. Is 2 hours enough time for her to clear passport control, get to Terminal 5 and check in for the next flight? She doesn't need to check in any luggage and she has already been to US, so the passport control should not be a problem. What is the fastest way for her to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 5? Is it possible to order the Travelers' Aid for her or it is only for disabled?
Thank you

My parents are going to arrive at JFK from Washington DC by Delta airline at 10:40pm. They have to take Korean air at 12:50am.
a) Delta airline arrives at T3 and Korean air is at T1. Is that correct?
b) If 'a)' is correct, as I know, they have to take air train to get T1 from T3. Is that correct?
c) My parents do not know English well. So, I would like to show a detail map to them to explain how to get the air train. Would you let me know how can I see the map?

I have an AA flight arriving JFK from San Francisco on Fri May 27th at 15.50. Connecting flight with AA to Helsinki, Finland, leaves at 17.40. As both flights are operated by AA and to my understanding the terminal is the same - there should be enough time between the flights, is that so? Thanks!!

I am arriving T1 at 1:25pm via China Airline and have a connect flight at T5 at 2:56pm with JetBlue. Is there enough time (about 1.5 hr) to get custom clearing, luggage, and travel between the 2 terminals?

Normally, how long will it take to have all done if I were to schedule another connecting flight?
