please help me where to claim luggage for flight la 530 at terminal 4

My daughter is arriving at JFK terminal 4 from St. Maarten on a tight schedule. After going through customs, the website says to "recheck baggage at a Jet Blue transfer station". Where is that "transfer station" located for Jet Blue? Is it before the 2nd officer, who checks your stamped forms?

I will be landing at JFK internationally to Terminal 4, and then leaving to Canada within 4 hours on American Airlines through Terminal 8. Do I need to pass through immigration and will my passport will be stamped?
I just have a hand bag - no check in bags

Hi, I am flying Etihad arriving from Abu Dhabi and have a 2 hour layover before I fly to Canada. Just wondering if I have to collect my bags and go through customs in NY if my final destination is Canada?

Yes you do even as transiting through the US.

I will be flying into Terminal 4 from Jamaica at 7pm and hope to make a flight into LAX from Terminal 5 departing at 8:40pm. I have no checked bags. Will that be enough time to make my connection? Thanks!

You should be good as long as your arriving flight is on time.

I am flying DIA-JFK arrive at 5:00 p.m. I fly EGYPTAIR to Cairo at 6:30. Is an hour and half enough time to change terminals and go through security to connecting flight? Carry on baggage

Yes as long as your arriving flight is on time.

hi, i am flying to costa rica on 11/21. our flight departs at 5:25am. what time do i need to arrive at the airport to check-in. On previous international flights we have arrived 2.5-3 hours early, but have always flown in the evening. is this necessary so early in the am? thanks

Figure about the same for AM flights as well.

Good morning,

I was wondering what would be the quickest way from JFK to Brooklyn, a taxi or via subway ?. I realise the subway will be a lot cheaper but was after the quickest.

JFK to BK via train is about 45-60 mins depending on where in BK... Expect 25-45 mins driving BUT if you hit traffic it could take up to 90 mins. Know what youre in for go subway.
