Terminal 8

Traveler name: GOPALAKRISHNAN.
Arrived on Air Berlin (Etihad) from DUS to JFK on 24 July.
1 bag still missing for more than a week
PIR Report already filed.
It is very difficult to get hold of staff at the 718 244 0921 number.
It always goes to voice mail or is busy.
Twice I got hold of agents (Lydia, Omar) who informed me that the bag has been traced and will be delivered. That was 4 days ago. No bag has been delivered yet.
Is there a process to escalate this issue?
Or any other way to claim the missing bag?

Yesterday , Tuesday July 26 at Terminal eight security pre check line... around 3 pm.. Since we had Pre Check, we did not need to take the computer out of the bag. Did TSA take it out for further inspection without our knowing it and then it could have been left behind at TSA. We then went on to gate 31B to American Airlines to ORF. I lost my eye glasses in the flight AA1319, arriving from Phoenix at JFK on 26th July 2016. My seat number was 21E and the blue eyeglasses were placed in the seat pocket in front of me.

My sister lost her Panasonic Camera with her Camera Bag at Terminal 8 or on the airpane. She flew with Air Berlin on Sunday, July 17th, at about 7:PM. Unfortunately she noticed it too late and doesn't remember where exactly she lost it.

I was on flight 1972 on Sunday coming from Charlotte to JFK. I was in Terminal 8 at the passenger pick up area C. In our rush to get into the car that was picking us up, we left a red rolling carry on bag. It has a Walt Disney World logo on the front. If found please email me at richllanos87@gmail.com. Hi! I forgot my precious poster (signed) of a festival in Terminal 8 Gate 35 yesterday (Tuesday) night at 9pm on the plugs table. The appearance is white, a big enrolled poster. It has no value in itself but very important to me! Did anyone find it? Where would I have a chance to get it back? Thanks!! :)
