Yes, there is a bus called State Shuttle(http://stateshuttle.com/).
It comes every hour, it costs $30 per person. You can reserve it at Ground Transportation counter(Welcome Center)in each terminal. If the party going to Newark is 3 or 4 people it is more efficient to take a yellow cab. It will be on the meter(around $90-$100) for the whole cab.

Hi,
I will be arriving JFK on 11 of April then to Albany International Airport, do I need to transfer my luggage or it would be automatically transferred to the plane I am taking with to Albany NY
Thnak for the advice

It depends. If you traveling into JFK on international flight then you have to claim your bags in order to go through customs and then recheck them in at Connecting flights counter for the airline that brought you in JFK.
If you flying domestic into JFK then you do not need to worry - your bags will be checked through Albany. But check in advance with the first airline if they will do that for sure.

What is the best way (aside from renting a car) to get from JFK to Norwalk, CT? Thanks!

Take a shared ride service from any terminal to your destination in CT. Speak to Ground Transportation (Welcome Center) agent about the price and the schedule.

PLEASE!!!!!!!!What bus going JFK-Chicago

There is NO direct bus from JFK to Chicago.
You have to go to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan and get a bus from there to Chicago.
