What is the best shuttle to take from my apartment in Westbury to JFK? My flight is on a Friday (JetBlue) and leaves at 6:49 a.m and returns 6 days later at 10:30 pm.

There is a shuttle that goes to Westbury(door-to-door) from JFK(and back) but I am not sure if it is working early in the mornings or late nights. It is called Super Shuttle Long Island and here is their phone number, so you can check that:

Otherwise you can take LIRR to Jamaica Station and then Airtrain to JFK Terminals.

I mean like a supershuttle, shared van etc? Isn't that the easiest way to get to manhattan? Out hotel is in Chinatown, Hotel 91.

Yes, Supers Shuttle(or Air Link) is the one that will take you to your hotel. You don't need to have a reservation in advance - just go to Ground Transportation (Welcome Center) counter and book it there after you arrive.

I'll arrive at JFK on Apr 24 by CA981 about 14:20. I want to go to Hyatt Summerfield Suites, Mt Laurel the same day no later than 20:00. I'm seeking if I could take shuttle to my hotel after arrival. There is shuttle that leaves every 20 min Terminal 1 and goes express to PA bus terminal(Greyhound). It is called NYAS(New York Airport Service), it costs $15 and it will take you there in 50min-1hour.
You can find the bus in front of the terminal(there is a NYAS representative, wearing blue uniform with NYAS letters in the back). You can buy ticket either from the representative or on the bus from the driver.
At PA Bus terminal you can take Greyhound bus to Mt.Laurel; Fare:$20-$28; Travel time~2hours.

Tranferring between terminals
We (two of us) have avery tight connection between Jet Blue (terminal 6 ) and BA (Terminal 7). What is the quickest way to get from 6 to 7 with four bags.
