Yes, it is.

re: Hotel Shuttle
Take Airtrain to Federal Circle stop - that is where their courtesy shuttle will pick you up.
It is running 24 hours.

traveling from penn station to jfk
Hi, my mom who does not speak english is travelling from penn station (coming in from Philly) and wants to get to JFK. Her flight leaves at 8 am. What is the best way for her to leave to JFK from Penn Station at around 5 am? thanks!!!
re:traveling from penn station to jfk
Let her take LIRR train to Jamaica station. It is fast and very convenient mode of transportation. At Jamaica station she has to transfer to Airtrain to JFK Terminals. The total cost will be around $13.
Another way is to take an yellow cab for a flat fare of $50.50.

Hi was wondering what is the fastest/safest and cheapest options to get from JFK to 63rd street. Flight lands at 7.50 and i'm already late for a dinner and don't want to spend 100'ds on taxis. Will the shuttle service be of any help? and do i have to queue for it or wait for it?

I suggest taking a cab if you are late for dinner when you land. It will be the quickest way to get to 63rd. Do an online search "cab JFK Manhattan" a variety of companies will show up. The cost will be about $50, but will definitely be the quickest way to arrive where you need to be.
Taxi is fastest, $45 flate
Taxi is fastest, $45 flate rate plus tolls ($5.50) and tip. Public transportation (Airtrain/subway)is $7.25 but will take at least an hour or more with transfers.
I´ll arrive at Port
I´ll arrive at Port Authority in NY City by bus 4:15 pm Friday july 30TH. Do you think I will be able to catch a longdistance flight ( to copenhagen) departure time at 7:00 pm or is it too limited time? And- the fastest way to get from Port A to JFK? Approximated cost?
Best regards
re:arrive at Port Authority in NY City by bus 4:15 pm Friday
Generally taxi is the fastest mode . If there is no traffic. And at that time(when everybody is trying to get out of the city) there is a lot of traffic. I will go with the subway option(even it will be crowdy; hope you don't have a lot of luggage). Take Subway E to Sutphin Blvd and then Airtrain to JFK. It should take you max. 1:15hrs.Cost = $7.25.

I'm arriving on Thursday at 6.30 pm, and what's the best way of getting to the closest Greyhound station? And how much is it going to cost?
re:best way of getting to the closest Greyhound station?
Here are some of most common options that you have in this case:
1. Taxi
Yellow cab (from JFK to any point to Manhattan) costs flat rate of $45 + bridge toll($5.50). The price is for the whole taxi, not per passenger.
2. Public
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take subway line E to 42nd street stop. Cost-$7.25/passenger.
3. Shuttle
There is shuttle(look for it at Ground transportation
counter or Welcome Center) that goes to any address in Manhattan for $18.50-$25 per person.
4. Express Bus
NYAS(New York Airport Service) bus will take you express to Times Square for $15/passenger. The bus leaves every 20 min in front of each JFK terminal. You can buy tickets on the bus or from their representative in front of the terminal.
