JFK Airport Parking Information
You can use two different types of parking at JFK airport:
Long-Term JFK Airport Parking
Located at Lefferts Blvd, 4 miles from CTA
AirTrain services link parking with the terminals.
Parking rates
$18 for up to 24 hours
$6 for each 8-hour period over first 24 hours
Daily JFK Airport Parking
Green parking - Terminals 1,2,3
Blue parking - Terminal 4
Yellow parking - Terminals 5 & 6
Orange parking - Terminal 7
Red - Terminals 8 & 9
Parking rates
$3 for the first half hour
$6 for up to 1 hour
$3 for each additional half hour, up to $33 maximum each 24-hour period

recheck your math. you were right the first time. $6 per 8 hours after the first day. Three 8 hr time periods per day... $6 times 3 does indeed equal $18 per day (24 hour period of time) after the first day. Still $18 a day, $6 for the first 8, $6 for the second 8, $6 for the third. now if you got to the lot before 16 hours went by on a particular day, you'd pay only $12 for that day, or $6 if under eight hours.

How long does it take to get from the LT Parking at Lefferts Blvd to T5 (Jet Blue) via Air Train?
How frequently do the trains run? (need one at 5:00am!)?
parking with a handicapped permit
if one has a handicapped permit where can one park the car for long term parking thanks
SmartPark JFK
I don't know about handicapped permit but I do know that SmartPark JFK takes care of any and all customers. My cousin parked her car there and she is handicapped. They drove her to the terminal in her own car so she would be comfortable. Then parked her car. Then picked her up in her own care. Processed the paperwork and she never had to get out of her vehicle except for going to and leaving terminal. Now THATS service.

Hi, I wanted to know how do you get to terminals form the long terminal parking? I know there is a train. Is there a fee? what are the times of operation and how long does it take from the long term parking to American terminal?

there is no fee and it takes

I just can not believe these longterm parking rates! I can buy an airline ticket for these....

you will never find anything cheaper in the NY area and never for $100. you are better off leaving your car at home.
parking obvs.
so yea you just go down there, no need to reserve or anything.
