Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica station and then LIRR to Montauk. Here's the link to the LIRR-Montauk schedule: http://mta.info/lirr/html/ttn/montauk.htm

Hi, I will arrive to JFK at 5th June by LAN CHILE, on Saturday. I need go to Penn Station to take Amtrac train. How I know what's air train to Jamaica ? Have line Jamaica train different color or signal ?
In LIRR train, how can I know when the next stop is Penn Station ? There is speaker or signaling into the train ? I apologize my bad english.
Thanks so much
Carlos

If you are waiting on the Airtrain platform there will be announcement over the speakers which train is approaching the platform. Make sure you will be taking the train on track 1. Also, when the train stops, look at the electronic signs above the doors - they will indicate which train is that(the color of the signs changes depending on the train ; red for Jamaica bound train, green for Howard Beach bound train).
When you take LIRR towards Penn Station you don't need to worry about missing it - it is the last station, and I believe they will announce the next stop on the speakers too.

Hi,

Please let me kwnow how to reach Lower East Side Station from Terminal 8?
Is it possible by metro and Airtrain?
How does it cost for 2 persons ?

Thank you a lot

Renaud

Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway. At either Forest Hills/71st Ave. or Jackson Heights/Roosevelt Ave. transfer to the F or V subway, both will take you to 2nd Ave/Lower East Side. Cost including Airtrain is $7.25 per person.

Hi i arrive at jfk airport at 21:15 08/sept. I need to get to Huntington, Long island that night. Any suggestions??? thank you.

LIRR trains from Jamaica to Huntington run every 45 minutes/1 hr. up to around midnight and then less frequent after that. Take the Airtrain from your terminal to get to Jamaica station. You can purchase both your Airtrain and LIRR tickets there. Here's the link for the current Huntington LIRR schedule http://mta.info/lirr/html/ttn/huntingt.htm
