Would be possible to just walk from terminal 4 to 5 to catch connecting flight? How much time it would take? Or would be faster to go up to Air train?

I am arriving on june 10th at 1:42 from Washington but my boyfriend is arriving from Jamaica at 3:59 on the same day. Is there Any way i can meet him at his arrival gate? If not where is a good place to meet?

Hello, my daughter will be flying into JFK via Delta from Minneapolis to Terminal 4. She needs to transfer to British Airways Terminal 7. How will she do that and how much time will it take?
