How many people are going there?
There is a shuttle (called State Shuttle) that will take you from JFK to Newark Airport for $30/passenger. The last shuttle leaves JFK at 8pm.
Book the shuttle at Ground Transportation(Welcome Center) counter after you arrive.
The other safe way is by taxi - it is on the meter(exp. ~$90 for the whole taxi).

We are two persons arriving JFK Saturday 19th 7:40 PM, heading for a hotel close to Newark Airport. What is an effective and cheap transportation for crossing over from JFK to EWR? Is the last shuttle really leaving as early as 8 PM? Is there a chance for us to reach it when arriving as late as just 20 minutes on beforehand?

The last one is actually at 9pm - go to Ground Transportation(Welcome Center) counter and see if it is still available after you arrive.

Hi. I am flying into JFK on June 19th. I need to get to Bridgehampton,NY. Does the Airtrain go from JFK to the Hampton Jitney airport connection in Queens, NY? From there I can take the Jitney I believe. But I;d rather not pay for a taxi from JFK to the airport connection? any help? thanks

The Hampton Jitney stops in Fresh Meadows in Queens. The Airtrain does not go that far.
Airtrains goes as far as Jamaica Station in Queens. From there you can take LIRR train(Montauk line) to Bridgehampton,NY.

I'll be arriving onto jfk soon what how can I get to W34th street thanks

Taxi will cost $50 + tip. You can take the NYAS bus ($15) to Penn Station or the E subway to 34th St./Penn Station ($7.25) or LIRR to Penn Station ($13) from Jamaica station, take the Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica.

I'm trying to get to the Bronx and I want to take the Airtrain to Jamaica and the LIRR to Manhattan. Does the LIRR go to the 86th St Station? How else can I get off the LIRR to Manhattan and make it to the 167th St Station in the Bronx?

Thanks

There are two 167th St. stations, one is on the #4 subway (at River Ave.) the other is on the D subway (at Grand Concourse). The LIRR only goes to Penn Station where you can transfer to the D and take that to 167th St. or transfer at 161st St./Yankee Stadium for the #4 one stop to 167th St. Note; the D skips 167th St. during evening rush hour.

How can ik go from the airport to hotel grand union 34 East 32nd Street
New York, NY 10016-5503, United States

Taxi will cost you $50 + tip. By subway ($7.25); take Airtrain to Jamaica station, E subway to Lexington/53rd St., transfer to the downtown #6 subway to 33rd St. Hotel is on 32nd St. between Park and 5th Aves.

Hi,
We are arriving 4 persons on June 19th to JFK and we must go to Grand Street/Bowery. If we take the Air Train to Jamaica and then the Subway to Bowery, is the cost 4x5 $ + the subway ride, or is it only the subway ride?

Thx

Airtrain is $5, subway is $2.25 so total cost per person is $7.25. The J subway from Jamaica station will stop at Bowery. Grand St. is on the B or D subway however these two stations are fairly close to each other.

Hi,
I am trying to get from Jersey City (Grove street area) to JFK. Can you please suggest a route?

Go to Penn Station via NYAS bus or Airtrain to Jamaica station to E subway or LIRR to Penn Station. Take the PATH yellow line to Grove St. station in Jersey City.
