I'd like to know if there is a good place on the airport grounds to take my son to look at and watch planes take off and land?

Terminal 1 - food court or Terminal 5 - connector between Airtrain station and Terminal 5.

I am flying from Orlando on Delta and have to go to terminal 8 for a departure on Air Berlin. What is the best way to get to Terminal 8? I will have quite a bit of luggaage i will have to get from Terminal 2 or 3 to 8...How long would it take?

Put all the luggage on luggage cart(they are permitted on Airtrain) and take Airtrain across the street from T3/2, on track 2 to T8. It will take you 5-10 minutes.

Hello I consider arriving with an Air France flight from CDG at JFK, I think its Terminal 1 for, and then catch a Delta flight from Terminal 3(?) to LAX. Do I have to pass through immigration and customs or I can use a secured pass in order to change Terminals.I have a 3hr interval between the two flights, is it sufficient?
Thanks

Air France arrives at T1. You HAVE TO go through immigration and customs at T1 and then change terminals . Three hours is enough time for that.

Thanks a lot

Hi, I am arriving from Nassau to Terminal 5 on JetBlue at 17:41 July 31st. Then I am connecting to Dubai from Terminal 4 on Emirates Airways at 23:00 the same day. My questions are: Will I need to collect my checked-In luggage from Terminal 5 and then check-in the luggage again in Terminal 4 or is there an automatic transfer between the two Airlines across the two terminals? Will I need to physically get through customs and immigration in Terminal 5 then again through immigration and customs in Terminal 4 or is there a secured pass between the two terminals?

Double check with Jet Blue in Nassau if they have baggage transfer agreement with Emirates.
The flights from Nassau are pre-cleared and arrive in USA as domestic flights(no need to go through immigration and customs).

Hi,

I would like to ask you a question. I will arrive at JFK on the 19th of June from London Heathrow at 16:25 pm at Terminal 7 (with British Airways), I have to catch my next flight at 8pm to Chicago from Terminal 3. Is the time enough to go through customs and how can I get to Terminal 3 in the shortest time ?

Thanks

You should have time. Take Airtrain from T7 to T3, be sure to take the train on the inside/clockwise track as this train runs between terminals only.

Hi..
My relatives will be arriving at JFK from India in British airways on Saturday evening. As they do not know English is there any way I can reach them and help with the customs and baggage claim?

How do I get to my hotel, Distrikt hotel on W 40th st from JFK ?

Hi, this is a bit tight but:

Is it practical to connect from an 9:57am JetBlue arrival from Nantucket to the 11:15am South African departure to Johannesburg? I will not be checking any bags, and will check in to the South African flight the day before if I can. Please advise which terminals are involved, and whether they are in walking distance. Confirm outbound immigration formalities are handled by the airline. Can I transfer within security?

Thanks,
