Marriot North Brunswick to JFK shuttle
I need to take an international flight from JFK on 23 July. Is there a shuttle from Marriot North Brunswick to JFK which is value for money and reliable?
-- Thanks for your attention.
Check with your hotel about
Check with your hotel about local shuttles to JFK. There is a public transportation option by taking the NJ Transit train (your hotel probably has a free shuttle to the North Brunswick or New Brunswick station) to Penn Station, then either LIRR to Jamaica or E subway to Sutphin Blvd/JFK, then Airtrain from to your terminal.
Shuttle service
Hi there. I understand there are two companies shuttling from JFK to hotels: SuperShuttle and AirLink.
Any suggestion on which one should be preferred? Are both of them official transportation services?
Thanks a lot.
re: there are two companies shuttling from JFK to hotels: SuperS
Both of them are official.

JFK to Hoboken
Hello,
What would be the easiest, quickest & cheapest way to get to Hoboken ( nearby Hoboken PATH station). My flight arrives at the airport at 7.30pm and I don't want to get toHoboken too late.
Thank you for your help!
re:easiest, quickest & cheapest way to get to Hoboken
Easiest and quickest way is to get a taxi; it will be on the meter, expect to pay around $90+tip.
Cheapest way is to take public transportation:
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going two different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then either:
-take subway line E to Penn Station(total fare - $7.25;~1 hour) or
-take LIRR train to Penn Station(faster;total fare ~ $12, less on the weekends; 35-45 min.)
From Penn Station take PATH train to Hoboken($1.75).

Question
Hi, we are flying into JFK on Aug 28th from Richmond VA, we have like a 9 1/2 layover for our flight to London. We thought we could go into the city and see the Empire state building. What are the fee's to store our carry on bags and laptops? Also how would you suggest getting from Jfk to The Empire state build and then back ? 4 adult travelers. All help would be greatly appiciated >

Hello, my family and I
Hello, my family and I arrive at the JFK airport on the 8th of july, and we need to get to manhattan, I wanted to ask if there was an additional fee i should pay for using the shuttle service, or if there is any prior reservation i should do.
thank you.
re: my family and I arrive at the JFK airport on the 8th of july
There is no additional fee for the shuttle service - just book it at Ground Transportation Counter(Welcome Center) upon arrival. No prior reservation needed either.

JFK to brooklyn
We are going to arrive on JFK and we want to reach our hotel in 247 49th street brooklyn. Whats the best(cheapest) way to get there (4 adults with luggage!) and how long will it take?
re: want to reach our hotel in 247 49th street brooklyn .
The cheapest way to get there is by public transportation but I think is not worth all the hassle of changing Airtain-subway-bus, especially if you have luggage.
Taxi will cost you around $40-$45(it will actually charge you on the meter).

coming to NYC July 5
Hello,
I would truly appreciate your advice: I'm coming to JFK on July 5 and just wonder how I could get to Upper West side of Manhattan, specifically, to 230 West 101st Street? That's where Broadway Hotel and Hostel is located. Would you recommend to take Super Shuttle, Airtrain, or NYAS bus?
Thank you very much!
re:coming to JFK on July 5 and just wonder how I could get to Up
NYAS bus does not go all the way to that place .
Super Shuttle is a good choice(or AirLink, which is few dollars cheaper to hotels/hostels) - you can order either one at Ground Transportation(welcome Center) counter.
If you are not familiar with the subway system I will not suggest you taking this way(Airtrain-subway). If you decide so, here is how to do it:
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Howard Beach Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the green colored sign is Howard Beach one). Then take subway line A towards Manhattan and get off at Columbus Circle stop. There, switch to subway line 1 towards uptown and get off at 103rd street stop. Walk south on Broadway 2 blocks and the hostel is right on the intersection of Broadway and West 101st street.
See the subway map for reference:
