It says JetBlue flights depart from Terminal 5, the picture also says that Terminal 5 is temporarily closed.

from terminal 7 to terminal 5
I am arriving with BA from Geneva at JFK at 12:55 pm at terminal 7 and I have to go through the customs.
I have then to go to terminal 5 to fly to Boston (departure at 5:24 pm)with jetblue.
Do I have enough time to take my luggage, go through the customs, go to terminal 5 and check in for flying to Boston?

Taking a flight from Boston to JFK on Jet blue--get in at 448pm and then have an Egypt air flight at 630pm..is this a long enough transfer time--and how do i get between terminals.
It will be very tight for
It will be very tight for you - Jet Blue does not have a baggage agreement with Egyptair, therefore you have to wait and pick up your bags at T5 and then go to T4. The fastest way is to walk(it is around 10 min walk) between the terminals. As long as you make it before 530pm at Egyptair counters you have a chance to make the flight.

Arriving jet blue terminal 5 domestic, transfering to ELAL in terminal 4. What would be the easiest way to change terminals? Also where in the terminal is the synagogue?

Go to the third floor of Terminal 5 ,take Airtrain on track 2 and get off next stop.
The synagogue is on the forth floor of terminal 4.

terminal 5 hours
I am taking a flight out of JFK to Puerto Rico on JetBlue in November and my flight leaves at 5:45 am. Is terminal 5 open 24 hours or does it close and then reopen at a certain time? Also, are there any restaurants or places to eat that early in the morning considering we will be there at about 3:30 am?

Transfer
We are arriving in terminal 5 with JetBlue the 2nd of August at 5:50 AM from Oakland, and we have to get to terminal 7 to departure with British Airways at 8:40 AM. Do we have time enough (2 hours and 50 minutes) to get our checked luggage and make it through security and reach the British Airways flight at 8:40 AM?
Can you please advise us the best way to timely transfer between the terminals and go through the customs in time to reach the flight?

You have plenty of time to transfer. Take the Airtrain on the third floor of T5, on track 1 and get off next stop-T7.
You do not go through customs in your case.
