Bldg 261 is located in Cargo Area D(at the airport). Any taxi will take you there.Also if you are taking public transportation:
-take Airtrain to Federal Circle and then courtesy bus to Cargo area D(the blue line on the map).
-or public bus Q3 stops there as well.

Where do People who have cleared customs exit Terminal 1?
I have a minor child who is returning by himself from Istanbul, Turkey to JFK (Terminal 1) on Turkish Airlines. He is being met by his aunt who will escort him to Terminal 2 for a Delta Flight back home to Dallas. Since customs is in a secure area, where exactly (specific location)will he exit from customs so I know where to tell his aunt where to meet him? She is unfamiliar with JFK and time betwwen flights is minimal. Thanks for your help in advance! nmr

Tell her to go to the first floor of T1 and wait as close as possible to the customs exit door.

I am picking up a passenger coming in from Madrid on Iberia. Where can i park?" How long could I wait at the curb for her? If I can wait at the curb, which is the pick-up area?
You cannot wait at the curb.
You cannot wait at the curb. If she has a cell phone you can park in the "cell phone waiting area", wait in your car until she calls you that she is ready to be picked up and you can pick her up at the terminal. You cannot park and leave your car there! Otherwise you can park in the orange parking area for terminal 7 and wait for her in the arrivals area outside of customs.

hi i will arive at T-4 from etihad EY-101 and will leave for LA via AA-21 from T-8. do i need to carry my luggage from T-4 to T-8 via air train after customs. which track of air train i have to follow and which gates of terminals i have to follow

Check with Etihad if they check your bags all the way through. If not then you will have to carry them and check them in at T8.
From T4 you can take any train if your final destination is T8.

Go to 42ND ST - PORT
Go to 42ND ST - PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERM. Take JAMAICA CENTER-PARSONS/ARCHER bound E train and get off at SUTPHIN BLVD-ARCHER AV/JFK. From there take JAMAICA STATION TO JFK bound AIRTRAIN to your terminal.
Travel time ~55 mins. Cost ~$6.1

No, there is no such a train. If you take any train somewhere in NJ(NJ transit or Amtrak) they will take you as close as Penn Station in Manhattan. From there you can take LIRR train to Jamaica and then Airtrain to JFK.
