Both of your flights are at Terminal 8 - no need to change terminals.
You will have to collect the bags , go through customs and then re-check them in.

Change airplane in only 1 hour and 20 min
Hi! I’m travelling from Stockholm/arlanda to N.Y John F Kennedy with Delta Airlines and will arrived 13.55
I have to change plane to Washington DC R Regan Nat,with Delta Conne, that airplan will departing 15.20 and I will only have 1 hour and 25 minutes to get true the security and then check in my baggage aging to domestic. Do I have a enough time to get that aircraft? Is there long way to go and how long will the Securitas take to get true? Is it near after security to check in my baggage??
Pleas can sombody answer me soon, because I will live in couple of days

The time frame is very tight;hope your first flight is on time. It takes 40-50 min to clear customs/immigration and another 15-20 min to re-check the bags and clear security.

Is there now chance to get true custom/immigration faster when you have a connecting plan to Washington Regan with time 15.20 to get?? I´ve booked these two tickits from Delta Airlines. Do you know if the second airplane (15.20) waiting for the custumer that arrive 13.55.

There is no way to get trough immigrations/customs faster. The second plane will not wait for passengers not showing up at the gate. The boarding usually starts 40-45 min prior to departure time and the gate is closing 10-15 min prior to that.

Hi Kimmen, I think you might be able to do it, but i would suggest you pulling a worker to the side or something and letting them know you have another flight to catch and the time... they usually will work with you.
Which train?
I will be flying in and taking AirTran from JFK to Manhattan. Which AirTran train do I take to get to Hotel Pennsylvania at 401 7th Ave @33rd St?

Airtrain runs between terminals and Jamaica or Howard Beach stations. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station. From there take either E subway or LIRR to Penn Station. Hotel is across the street.
Question
Will be flying in to Terminal 4 on Singapore airlines at 11 am. Will have 8 hour layover before flying out on Jet Blue.
Intend to use Lounges at Terminal 4 while waiting
Can we check in bags for Jet blue flight 6 hours b/f flight departure ? Where can we do this check in ? at Tetminal 4 or at JetBlue terminal 5 ?

You can check bags with Jet Blue 4 hours before departure ; either at T4(Connecting flights counter for Jet Blue) or T5.

I will be travelling from lima to Ireland with a nine hour stopover in JFK and was just wondering two things: Do i have to check my bags in again when i land in JFK?
Will i have enough time to head in to New York for a few hours or would it be too much of a rush?

You will have to pick up your bags, go through US customs and then re-check them in again. You will have time to go to the city.

Transfers and customs
Hi, if I am travelling to Europe via the US, do I have to clear customs in the US? If I have a visa which allows me to stay in the US for a set amount of time, does the clock start ticking even though I'm just in transit (I intend to enter the US on my return from Europe)?

Hi,
can you tell me if we will need to collect our baggage when we arrive from Heathrow to JFK on Tuesday, before going onto to Boise Idaho? Both flights are linked to Terminal 7 I think?
We arrive at 10.30pm, will we be able to stay in the terminal until 5.30 until our onward flight. Do they mind us sleeping in the terminal, we have two children.
