Thanks for reply. If the arriving plane is delayed, lets say by 30 mins. would I still have enough time.

Let's say that you have Air India boarding pass and all your bags are checked through - the all you need is min 45min-1hour between the flights to go to T4, go through security and board the plane.
In any other case:
Getting the bags from Delta will take you from 30 min to 45 min, and getting boarding pass from AI will require an additional 30-45 min.

I bought separate tickets, one from LAX to JFK, and JFK to IBZ. I am wondering If i have to exit the terminal i arrive in to receive my boarding pass by exiting the airport then re-entering. However, I have 2hrs. before the next flight. So would it be possible to walk from one terminal to the another to avoid going through security again.I believe I arrive at terminal 8 and I probably need to go to terminal 4 (air europa). Is there a way to check in at Terminal 4 and receive my boarding pass?

When you change terminals you HAVE TO clear security again. There is no way around that. You can get your boarding pass at Air Europa check-in counters at T4(if AA did not provide you with one already).

I will be arriving via AA from Italy and then reboarding
AA flight to Dallas. What is the best way to get from the customs area to the AA terminal.

Generally all AA flights arrive and depart from T8, so when you arrive get your bags, clear customs/immigrations, drop your bags at the AA connecting flights counter (make sure your bags have tags checked to your final destination or you will need to re-check), proceed to the departure level and clear security to the departure gate for your Dallas flight. If you happen to arrive at a different terminal (T4) after you clear customs/immigration you can take the Airtrain on the third floor to T8.

Hi,
I'm arriving on a flight into Terminal 4 at 3:40 pm (United from San Francisco) and transferring to Aer Lingus in Terminal 7, which takes off at 5:20 pm. Is 90 minutes enough time to make that connection? Will I have to check in with Aer Lingus at JFK or will I be able to do that in the morning from San Francisco?

You have the terminal's info wrong: United arrives at T7 and Aer Lingus departs out of T4. Check with United in SFO if they will check your bags through and give you a boarding pass for the second flight. It all depends if both airlines have the nessesary agreements(which I have no knowledge of).

I will be arriving on Thursday August 5 at Terminal 5 at 1:24pm. I will need to pick up my checked baggage and proceed to Terminal 4 for a 3:00 international flight. How do I get there, do I have enough time? Also, I will be travelling with my elderly mother who does not walk very quickly.

You do have enough time. Go to the third floor of T5 and follow the signs for Airtrain. Take it on track 2 and get off next stop - T4. You can also requeyst a wheelchair assistance from Jet Blue - it will certainly speed up the process.

i will be arriving on August 5, 2010 at 8:00 am boarding saudia airlines. i have a connecting flight to orlando boarding jet blue at 11:25 am. How do i get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 5?

Take the Airtrain from T1 to T5, only takes a few minutes.

my mother and I will be arriving at JFK from Saudi Arabia via Saudi Airlines at 8:00, terminal 1, then we have a connecting flight to miami via Delta airlines at 13:45 which is in terminal 3 i believe... my questions is where do we check-in? is there a delta airlines counter in terminal 1 and is it possible to check our bags there?
also whats the easiest way get to terminal 3?

thank you so much :)

You have to transfer the bags at Saudi Airlines connecting flights counter(which is located right after customs at T1). You can get Delta at Terminal 2 - it is very next building(within walkable distance from T1;~5min).
