My family an I will be leaving LAX on a Delta and have a connecting flight to Nice, France. The lay over is only a little over an hour. Do you have to go through security again and will there be enough time to make our connecting flight if we do?

If you flying to Nice with Delta then you don't have to clear security again. You have sufficient time in this case to make the transfer.

Please let me know if there is a AA counter in T4 where I will arrive via TACA
to be able to check in my luggage and then go to t8 without my heavy suitcases to make my connection with AA.
Thank you so much.

hi,,I am coming from Turkey on 22th of August 2010 through turkish airline then i should take the Jetblue, should i pass the immigration and custom first and take my suitcase then go to the other terminal or what shall i do? and what are the terminals for both flights? thanks

hi
I am travelling from London to jfk with BA
then jfk to ric with delta how do I do this.
Also I will need to check luggage please help

I would appreciate if you could please let me know what to do in the following case:
I will arrive to JFK on August 25 at 2:00 am from El Salvador via TACA.
Then I have to make a connection to XNA via AA. After clearing customs, do I have to leave with my 2 big suitcases and check-in again at AA counter?
Can my suitcases have both the TACA tag and the AA tag(I could get them probably when I depart from El Salvador, together with the AA boarding passes) so I just drop my luggage at the AA counter near customs?
Thank you very much.

It is the first time I'll arrive at JFK. I will fly with Delta from Spain, Madrid on DL 0127, Wednesd 18 August and I will take a connection with Delta in the same terminal to fly to Pittsburgh, PA three hours after we land. My question is how my family and me should have to do when we arrive. In Europe we won't need to take our cases in JFK but in Pittsburgh at the end of the trip. Is this the case in USA? or perhaps would we have to take, first of all, suitcases, then pass passport and security controls and at last, check in again our things to take the flight to Pittsburg?. Thanks for your answer.

Here, in JFK , you pass the immigration (passport control) first, then you pick up the bags from the baggage belt and pass US customs. After that you will re-check your bags at Delta Connecting flights counter(located right after customs).
All this takes place regardless at which terminal you will land(Delta from Spain can be at T3 or T4).
If you arrive at T3 then you will clear security, go upstairs and look for the gate number for the flight to PIT.
If you arrive at T4 then you will go to the third floor, take Airtrain on track 2 and get off next stop(T2/3).It is only 1 min. free ride. At T3 you will clear security and look for the gate to PIT.

Is there any way of getting a phone listing for the restaurants At JFK?

Thanks

Not that I know of...
This is where you can get the list of them, but without the phone numbers.

Hi,

I am arriving at JFK on 13th,2 pm at Terminal 8. My friend will arrive at Terminal 1 the same day at 12:30 pm. Is there any place where she can wait for me? (conveyer belt or any common waiting area) We wont be having any cell phones.

thanks,
Bis

She can wait for you by/behind the coffee shop at T1 - there are seating places there.

I am flying in on Delta Flight 94 and leaving for Ireland on Aer Lingus flight 104. It's a tight amount of time to switch to an international flight. Which normally I would be up for the challenge but I just had surgery so running is out of the question. What terminal is the delta flight coming in and how far is it to the international terminal? Also do you have any suggestions or ideas on how i can make that flight? Thanks!

Delta may land you either at T2,T3 or T4. Aer Lingus depart of of T4. Use Airtrain on track 1(it is just one stop,~1min) to move from T2/3 to T4.
