Hi there!
I'm flying from Iceland to JFK on 21st of October. I will arrive at 7pm. I will have to take the first connection flight to RDU (Raleigh/Durham) with American Airlines. Which terminal do I have to go to? And how long does it take for me to go through the security and all that, so I can know what time I should book the ticket.

American Airlines is at terminal 8. You can take Airtrain to go between terminals, takes anywhere from one to ten minutes depending how far you need to go. You should allow at least a three hour layover to allow time for customs, terminal change, check-in and security.

hello,
i will be flying in Nov. 17th from Düsseldorf-Madrid to JFK with Iberia (terminal 7) at 16:10 . I have a connecting flight to Detroit also JFK with Delta ( terminal 3 ) at 18:50.
So my questions are do i have enough time or do i have to be prepared for the worse?
How do i get as fast as possible from Terminal 7 to Terminal 3 ? how much would it cost?
Do i have to take my bags out in NYC and then check them in by Delta? thankyou

You have to pick up the bags in order to go through US customs . Re-check them in after that at Iberia connecting flights counter. Then take Airtrain on track 2 to Terminal 3. It is only 3-5 mins ride, which is free of charge.
The time that you have is enough .

Hi i will be traveling through JFK ( coming from Düsseldorf- Madrid) on Nov. 17th to Detroit.
My Flight gets in @ 4:10pm @ Terminal 7(iberia) and leaves a 18:50pm from Terminal 3 (delta). Is this even possible?
How do i get as quick as possible to my Gate? would i have to check my bag in again? thankyou very much

Hi, I'm looking at flights from Chicago (ORD) to Hong Kong. American Airlines gives an option that arrives at LGA at 11:15am, and departs JFK at 1:55pm. Is this option even feasible, with having to wait for bags at LGA, travel time to JFK and then checking in and going through security? Thanks!

It's possible; if you arrive at LGA on-time you could grab a taxi and be at JFK around 12noon.

I land at JFK at 9:30am on a Friday from Washington on a United Express/ Atlantic Southeast Airlines.
I then leave for SF at 11:15am on a United Airlines flight.
As they are two tickets -I think I might have to get my luggage when I get off at JFK and check in for the SF flight.
Will I have enough time to then get the SF flight?
Thank you

You have plenty of time - no need to change terminals.

Hi, I arrive at JFK terminal 7 by ANA at 10:45 AM. The connecting flight to ROC is from terminal 3 (Delta) at 1:07 PM. Is the immigration quick at that point of the day? Is 2 hr. 15 min. comfortable window for connection if one needs to check-in a bag? Thanks...

You will be fine - at that time of the day is not that busy at T7,JFK.

Hi, Flying on Qantas QF107 from Sydney to New York, do Australian passport holders clear customs at the refuel stop in LAX or on arrival at terminal 7 JFK? Thanks

You will clear immigration and customs in LAX and come in NY as a domestic flight.
