The Virgin website is saying flights from JFK to Heathrow are cancelled today but flight tracker iphone app saying they are still on - which is correct?

Thanks

hi,
we are suppose to leave today for Heathrow with flight BS4 at 6:05pm. Could you please tell me if this is still on and if there is another one substituting it. Are we automatically getting transferred to the new flight of do we have to do something about it.Which number should we call to inquire more information. thanks in advance!

A pleasant good day, i arrived to the us from Jamaica on the 4th of December at noon, upon leaving the JFK airport, i accidentally left my British passport on one of the rented carts due the rush, i want to know, where do i go or who do i call for information, this is the only form of identification i have currently, without it, i have no identity please understand my plee and help me in anyway you can, thank you

I'm flying in from ROC to JFK arriving at 8:10PM, and I have an international China Airlines flight that departs at 9:55PM. I also have a big luggage that I will need to check-in. I was wondering whether or not I will have time to get my baggage from baggage claim and check-in in time. Is there baggage claim at the terminal? or do I have to take the tran back and forth? Is there possibility that I can pay extra for delta to send my baggage to china airlines so I won't be late for my flight?

Double check with Delta in ROC but they should be able to check your bags through so you don't have to deal with them at JFK.You do NOT need to pay Delta extra for that.

I am arrving from Bogotá, Colombia to termial 3 at Delta flight on december 29 at 6 a.m.and will connect to San Diego 3 hours later from the same terminal by Delta also. My lugagge will be checked at Bogota airport to San Diego but I should do inmigration and customs at JFK. Once I do so what I have to do to check my lugagge again to San Diego?

Look for Delta connecting flights counter(it is right after customs) where you can do that.

Tahnk you very much

My flight arrives in JFK from Santiago (Chile) at 07:35AM on Saturday (18th Dec).
I bought my ticket with American Airlines, although the ticket says that LAN Chile is the operating carrier.
It doesn´t say anywhere on the ticket which terminal I will arrive into, so some advice would be much appreciated please?!

If the flight is operated by LAN then you will arrive at T4.

LAN Chile operates out of terminal 4.

Hello,
My wife will be flying to JFK from Santo Domingo (DR)with Jetblue and connecting to Turkish airlines to go to Istanbul. She has C1 (Transit visa to US). As far as i think she will have to clear the immigration and the custom once she has arrived from SD with Jetblue. And she will have to get her luggages from Terminal 5 baggage claim area. But Turkish airlines is located in Terminal 1 and she will have to check in with TK again. What i would like to know is how she can do this with C1 (transit visa)? When she gets her luggages from terminal 5 to go to Terminal 1 to check in to TK, will she be entering to the US (because with C1 she is not permitted to enter US, only stay in the airport terminal) or is there a special way of doing this and how? And she will have to do this again on return. Please help, we are very confused. Thanks

Jet Blue from SDQ will arrive at T4 - that is where she will clear US immigration and customs.
Since Jet Blue and TK do not have baggage transfer agreement she will be checking her bags at T1. Let her go to the third floor of T4 , take Airtrain on track 2 and get off second stop-T1.
On her way back she has to transfer from T1 to T5(ALL Jet Blue departing flights are out of T5).
Read about C1 visa here - it will make the things more clear:

When you say that she will take airtrain, it is not considered getting into the country? Because she only has C1 (transit visa). This way that you say is just for transit travelers? This is where i am confused. As far as i know airtran is outside of terminsls and considered entering to NY. Please little bit more explanation.
