Your first flight is domestic so that is a big plus. You will make your connection as long as your first flight is on time.

I arrive 7pm in terminal 7 (domestic) and need to depart from terminal 4 (international) at 9pm. Is timing generous? and best way to get to terminal 4? Never been to JFK - thanks!

Take AirTrain on track 2 from T7 to T4. Provided your arrival is on-time you should be ok.

Anyone have any idea how long it takes to clear customs in Terminal 7 (from Hong Kong to JFK on Cathay Pacific) around 7 am? Trying to determine if I'll make a connection or not.

It usually takes 30-45 minutes but allow at least one hour for planning purposes.

I am arriving in Terminal 1 with Aeroflot and need to go to Terminal 8 to catch an American Airlines flight. How do I get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 8 and how long does it take?

3rd floor of terminal 1 take an air train on track 2. About 3 minutes on an air train between two terminals.

I am booked on a flight- Iberia- termainal 7 departure time is 6:00 PM and the return flight arrives at jfk at 7:05 pm. I live in boston and I am looking to book flights from logan to jfk. Delta has a flight to JFK which arrives at 1:50 pm or 3:26 pm and then a return flight to Logan at 8:15 pm. Which time to you advise 1:50 or 3:26 and will I have enough time to makae the 8:15 flight. Also how do I get from terminal 3 to 7 and back again.

You should be fine with 3:26 time frame. Go across the street to the next building take an air train on track 2 and 3 minute air train trip.

Liz; I am flying Qantas on April 20 to Los Angeles and leave JFK from Terminal 7. I then have a little over 1 hour to catch a connecting flight from Terminal 4 in LA to Australia. Could you please advise me the best way to do this. Thanks.
