I'm arriving at JFK with two young children at 12:15pm. I need to get to Bloomfield NJ. Should I take a taxi or do a car service? Which is cheaper? Also, if a car service is recommended, which one should I trust? Thanks!
Brady

Noticed that all of the cabs in town recently had minimum tip of 20% when I used my card to pay. What is the closest estimated cost for a taxi JFK to 160 Central Park South, NY, NY including tolls and 20% tip

Fares to Manhattan from JFK are flat rate $45+tolls+tip. Toll is $6 and tip is 20% for good service. So I'd estimate around $60.

Hello,
i was wondering for 5 ppl from jfk to madison sq garden...how much would that be?thank you

Taxi will only carry a maximum of four persons. Inquire at Ground Transportation Welcome Center about a larger vehicle. Taxi to Manhattan is $45+tolls+tip.

We need a large taxi (van) from JFK to Manhattan. (44th west street) Do you charge more if the taxi is larger? My friend is in a wheelchair and with all the luggage I do not think that it all fits in the small cab. How much would it be then? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, we will be arriving at JFK and need transport to a hotel in Manhattan. We are a family of two adults and one baby (13 months old) plus three suitcases. What transport options are available that provide a car seat for the baby as we will not have one with us as we are travelling internationally? Thanks

Taxis do not provide car seats. Inquire at the Ground Transportation counter for other alternatives, such as shuttle bus to a location near your hotel. You may want to consider taking your car seat from home to use as baby transport, many travelers do this so they can trvel in taxi or private car.

We are looking for transport from JFK to Manhattan and will be a party of two adults and one baby (13 months). What services are available with a car seat as we will not have one with us?

Hi,

I will be travelling to Scranton, PA. Will I get a taxi from JFK? How much will be the fare?

Thanks,
Utpal

NYC taxi from JFK will not take you to Scranton, too far. Best bet is to take the Martz bus from Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan to Scranton, fare around $50. Taxi ($45+tolls+tip) or NYAirports shuttle bus ($15.50) from terminal will take you to the bus terminal.

how much would it be for a taxi service from scotch plains, nj to JFK airport?

You should check with the local taxi company in Scotch Plains regarding what they would charge to JFK. JFK to Scotch Plains by NYC taxi would be around $115.

I arrive at JFK on tuesday 5th, around 08.00 pm.
We will be very tired so I'm wondering if a taxi is the most comfortable, affordable way to get to our hotel quickly?
Hoteladresse is, 42 West 35th Street.
Can anyone tell me what it would cost us?
Thank you
Hanneke

Taxi is most direct and quickest, $45+tolls+tip.
