What is the best way to get to Boston,MA from JFK airport from international arrivals terminal by bus? Is there a free shuttle services? Does anybody know? And where is the bus stop?
There is no direct service.
There is no direct service. You will need to take the NYAirports bus to Penn Station ($15) and then Boltbus, Megabus, Vamoose Bus or any other buses that depart Penn Station for Boston. Greyhound bus departs from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Hi!
I'll be reaching LGA airport on 3/July/2011 @ around 11am and need to catch my next flight at JFK airport @ 8pm. Will I be on time and there's any direct airport-airport shuttle bus available? I have 2 big luggages / 1 cabin luggage and 1 laptop bag - can they be fitted into the bus?
If not, will cab be a better option? (How much approx?)
If assuming my flight got delayed till 4pm - will I be on time to catch the 8pm flight?
What's there to do in JFK if I reach there like 1-2pm and have got 4-6 hours of layover there.

You should have plenty of
You should have plenty of time. There's a shuttle bus between airports ($13) or taxi is around $30. Travel time between airports is 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Not much to do at the terminals other than eat, drink and snooze.

Help with time estimate between JFK and Manhattan location
I will arrive at JFK, terminal 8, on a Sunday afternoon. My flight is scheduled to land at 3:40 pm. Would it be realistic to plan on catching an inter-state bus leaving at 6:00 pm from Lafayette/Walker street? Hopefully, the plane will not be late. Looking at the arrival status during the past few days, it could arrive at JFK as early as 3:00 pm.
I looked up several possibilities, and it seems that a Supper Shuttle or a LIRR/subway trip may be the fastest. Any advice is welcome.

If you are arriving
If you are arriving international you need to allow at least one hour for customs and another hour for travel to Manhattan. Shuttle buses only go to Grand Central, Port Authority and Penn Station, none to Lower Manhattan. Super Shuttle or taxi may be fastest, taxi to Manhattan is $45+tolls+tip. By subway; take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to J subway to Canal St, walk one block south to Walker and then one block west to Lafayette, total cost is $7.25.
