Hello! I am guide a group of sixteen passengers from Brazil to Orlando. We arrive on Thursday at 6:15 am (AA974) and the next flight will leave at 8:00 am (AA 1777). I wonder:
a) Will we have enough time to go through immigration and customs with the whole group?
b) Will we have to get the luggage or the company does this service?
c) The arrival gate of the flight from Brazil (gate 5) and the gate of the flight to Orlando (gate 41) are on the same floor?
d) Immigration, customs, baggage is next?

b) you have to pick up your luggage and check it through Customs and then recheck it with AA for the second flight.

I am escorting a group of 50 senior adults who will arrive AA domestic flight, connecting to Iberia to Madrid. Is there a sidewalk to walk safely from one terminal to the other or is best to take the train?

LAX to BUE
Hello everyone. I am flying from LAX to Buenos Aires Argentina on 23 July. My flight AA4 arrives at 8:55 pm in JFK. My connecting flight (AA955) to Buenos Aires is at 10:00 pm.
I am not a US citizen and those are two separate flight.
Is 1 hour enough to get through the customs, check my bags in, get my boarding pass and make ti to the other flight?
I need to get through the customs and check my bags again in JFK or the bags goes directly from LAX to Buenos Aires?

It will be very tight if not impossible if your flight is late and Customs and Immigration is busy at the time of your arrival. To be on a safe side allow at least 2 hours between your flight for a comfortable connection process.
