NYC yellow taxi would be safest and fastest way to get to Penn Station at that hour. You can take public transportation if you wish and have time to spare; AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to either LIRR or E subway to Penn Station.

Hi, I will be arriving JFK terminal 7 and wondering whats the best and economical way to get to the Ramada Queens on 164-40 Hillside Ave? We are a party of 3 but with 5 suitcases plus hand luggage so a taxi probably won't fit. Thanks for any suggestion.

You should be able to fit 3 people plus luggage in one taxi. It's a fairly short ride, taxi will cost around $25.

Taxi will cost you around $75 and would be fastest. You can also take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, then LIRR to Syosset and then local taxi from there to Woodbury. AirTrain fare is $5, LIRR fare is $5.75 and children under 5 ride free on both.
