What to do with kids on a 3 hour layover?
It looks like we might have a 3 hour layover at JFK next month. We'll be traveling with a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Any suggestions for good ways to keep them occupied in the time between flights?
Keeping the kids occupied
My kids (4 and 5) are always excited to travel, and they're curious -- they want to walk around and look at stuff. If you have the option, I'd recommend walking them around the airport first, and pointing stuff out to them. It will satisfy their curiosity, and they'll also get some exercise and be much calmer for the rest of the wait. (They may be tickled by something as simple as riding in a skycap vehicle.) Then have them draw "travel photos" to mail to folks back home. It's creative, it keeps them occupied, and my parents love getting them.

This is for anyone who is trying to change/cancel their tickets!!
If you bought your ticket from a travel agent, just go back to the agency and have them change the date. Of course, you'll have to pay the change/cancellation fee due to the ticket regulations and I'm sure that the travel agent should've informed you before you purchase the ticket.
If you bought your ticket online, just call up the airline customer service and ask if changes are allowed. Follow the ticket restrictions and regulations.
Changes and cancellations are always according to your ticket regulations. When you purchase the ticket, make sure that you understand the ticket restriction and regulation.
Higher fare tickets should've more flexibility. Lower/cheap tickets are more restricted. Please keep that in mind!

I've got a flight from New York to Paris, then from Paris to Kyiv. According to my present ticket I must take a flight on 2 of september but i want to leave as soon as possible. Is it possible to change my tickets to the begining of august and how much it will cost?

I had to have my ticket changed three times because of personal problems luckly the travel agency i used was very good in helping me this matter even thou , i did have to pay each time my ticket was changed. i have a question. I am flying from atlanta to jfk to Cassablanca Morocco in three weeks, to be with my soon to be husband. I have had a hard time in the past flying over seas, I have a 5 hour wait at jfk to i catch the next flight. I have also injured my shoulder and have to wear a sling is there any way to get around the airport from one terminal to the next? when i was in London they sent me to all 4 terminals and as i got to the right terminal they start calling last boarding to my flight, is there any way to afford this from happing again?
I don't want to miss my flight connections.In london they told me two hours was plenty of time to get to the right terminal. thanks mony

Where did you get your ticket from? If it's from a travel agent, go back to them and change it. Of course, you'll have to pay a certain amount of cancellation fee/change fee. If you bought it online, just simply call up your airline and change it. But the matter of fact is -- if it can be changed.

I live in puerto rico and i am 18 years old. I obtained a puerto rico lerners permit which i used as a picture i.d. I spent my summer here in new york, in this time my wallet was lost containig my permit. I have no other form of picture i.d How can I will be departing the first week of august. how can i board my flight, is there any possible way I can take aout some form of identification?
