He can check in his luggage to be transported all the way to Moscow. If he bought both tickets in one package it will be done automatically. If he bought them separately, he will need to show his ticket to Moscow at check in and ask that his luggage is "quick-transfered" to Moscow flight.

The weather was bad enough to warrant the closings. I assure you it is not about some lazy person not wanting to work. The city handled the whole situation spectacularly.

Agreed. JFK is at sea level. It was all about the high water surges that could have reached 15 feet, not the rain or wind so much. Bloomberg handled it great. The low lying areas needed to be evacuated. Look at what happened in Vermont.

Well my flight is Flight 222 leaving from Seoul, Incheon Int. Airport on August 29th at 10:00 Korean Time and supposed to arrive at New York, JFK Int. Airport on August 29th at 11:00 am. Im pretty sure its going to be delayed a bit but how long on your opinion?
