First you need to get to
First you need to get to Philadelphia by bus or train. Megabus and Boltbus depart from 9th Ave/32nd St one block from Penn Station-NY to 30th St Station-Philadelphia or you can take the Amtrak train. From 30th St Station take the SEPTA regional train to Newark, DE. To get to Penn Station by train; take AirTrain on track 1 to Jamaica Station and either LIRR or E subway to Penn Station.
