I am a handicaped person that i cannot walk long distances.I am reaching JFK airport by AA flight AA3749 at about 1345 hrs and will leave by Jet Airways flight 9W225 at 1810 hrs.I would like to relax at the United club lounge on terminal no.7 above gate 7 and 8 ,My flight both incoming and outgoing are from terminal 8.How can I do this since I have to travel by a wheel chair.

Hi Team, I will be travelling through JFK on my way to San Diego on Thursday the 13th of October. I will be coming from South Africa on a SAA flight (arriving at Terminal 4) and departing on a Jet Blue flight (departing at Terminal 2). I want to spend my transit hours at the Admirals Club Lounge in Terminal 8. Are the terminals inter connected so I can go to and from terminal 8 through the security checks??? Your urgent response will be much appreciated.

Is a 1 1/2 hours enough time to switch planes arriving on a Delta flight from Phoenix switching to a Delta flight to Moscow? What terminal would I arrive at and what terminal would I depart from? Will I have to go through security/immigration in NY?

I am flying out of boston on 11/7 to cancun, mexico and have to choose between an hour and 5 minute connection and a two and a half hour connection both on Jet Blue. Are both of them going to be enough time to connect to the flight to mexico?

Hi I'm arranging to fly to Detroit from Dublin, Ireland. The time between the flight landing in JFK and the connecting flight to Detroit is 1hr30 minutes. Will this give sufficient time to change flights.
Are they both in the same terminal and if not how can I find out about connecting to the other flight to Detroit.

Luggage Issue
Hi, i am traveling from Columbus by Delta to JFK and then to Dubai by Emirates. I have 9.5 hours between my flight. Do i have to collect my luggage at JFK or will the airlines take care to transfer it to Emirates. Is there any luggage security or cloak room to put my luggage if i have to collect it? Also i plan to visit the NY city (time square & water front) will the time be sufficient for me?

JFK to La Guardia

My flight (departing from Brussels - Belgium) is scheduled at 12:25 pm in JFK. But we have an airport change: the connecting flight to Miami will take off from La Guardia at 3:00 pm. Do you think we will have enough time? Pass the customs, pick up our baggage, find our way to get of the airport and find the shuttle to get LGA? How much time will it take? Even if NY-Miami is a domestic flight, will we have enough time to register our baggage once again, pass the custom??? I'm not very optimistic.

Transfer JFK - La Guardia

Regarding transfer from JFK to La Guardia, instead of taxing a cab, have a look at this:
LaGuardia
When connecting within LaGuardia, use the convenient shuttle bus service. Take the free Route A (all terminals) or Route B (all terminals except Marine Air Terminal / Delta Shuttle) courtesy buses to transfer between parking lots and terminals.
Route A buses run every 10 to 15 minutes from 4:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Route B buses run every 10 to 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Based on our experience we would find it too risky (doesn´t mean impossible, but...), because if you imagine your inbound flight has a slight delay of 15-20min and it might take about 45min before all people leave the aircraft after touch down. Then, pass custom, grap your luggage and a cap and drive all the way to La Guardia which could a 30min ride with some traffic. And take in mind your presence 1h prior to boarding time at La Guardia.
Any possibility of taking a later flight from La Guardia to Miami?

Connection Time
I am traveling from San Antonio via JFK to Venice, Italy. I have approx. 7-8 hr connecting time between flights at JFK. Looking at going into the city. Is this feasible? How long does it take to check back through security at JFK if I leave the airport area? How long would it take by taxi to go to Manhantan (sp) area? It will be a Friday with landing at JFK at 12:15pm and next flight leaving at 8:10pm to Italy.
