UK to San Juan via JFK by AA
Hi
I travel next month AA from UK to JFK then on to San Juan also on AA. I understand we have to go through passport control and immigration but do we need to collect our luggage. I was told by our travel agent that our luggage would automatically be transferred between planes and straight to our ship in San Juan, which I can't bring myself to beleive.

I will be arriving on Finnair at termainl 8 and making a connection to American leaving 75 minutes later to San Diego. Will I be going through passport and customs control in terminal 8? Will I have time to retrieve luggage, go through customs, recheck luggage and make my connection? Will I have to go through security again or can I go directly to my boarding gate? Thanks

Hi! Could you advise me the best way to meet with my mum in JFK. She will arrive from Amsterdam at 2:40 (terminal 4) and I will arrive from SFO at 3:30 (terminal 8). Where would you recomend us to meet? Thank you in advance!

TIME TO CATCH ANOTHER FLIGHT
HELLO! I will be arriving in LAN from Santiago-Chile on a Saturday at 7.30AM. will I have enough time to go through customs/security/immgration and take a Jet Blue Flight (no idea at what terminal) that departs at 9AM?

We are flying into JFK on BA from LHR, connecting to a AA flight to Tampa. Two questions; 1. Do we have to collect our luggage at JFK to re-check them for AA flight? 2. What is the best way to transfer to AA terminal from T7? Thanks
Yes all international
Yes all international flights must clear customs with the first US port of entry which means you must pick up your luggage. Afterwards the airline will reconnect your bags if you have 90 minutes between flights. Follow the signs for the airtrain, once on, 1 stop over to Terminal 8 which is American Airlines.
Picking Up International Flight Passenger
I am picking up a passenger that will be arriving from RIO. Flight AA974 It appears they will be arriving at Terminal 8. Since they will not have a cellphone that is operational in US; I wanted to check and see where the best place to arrange to meet would be? I am not from the NY area so any additional help you could provide such as where I should park, how to get to the location, and how much time to allow would also be appreciated.

Hi, is the Finnair wright to Helsinki on time today?
Question re. transfer times
I am flying in by AA from Toronto, arriving at around 3.30 pm and my connection to Helsinki by Finnair is at 5.40 pm or so. Is this sufficient time? Do I have to check out my luggage and check it back in, go through Security etc. I am a Canadian citizen and am also cleared under NEXUS. Would appreciate some advice on this. Thanks.

lost blackberry torch
Lost a black berry torch on the flight from barbados that landed 7:20pm yesterday 1/24. I have not gotten a live person or a call back and I have been calling for 2 DAYS!!!! Awful service
