I was traveling from San Juan to JFK on 4/16 on flight 706, seat #21F. As I left the plane at 9:25 pm and want to get my luggage, at which point I was going to put my boarding pass away and noticed that my wallet was missing. I belief I left it on the plane. I have tried several time to contact the number given to me by the assistance from the luggage service, but no one answered.

If found please contact me as soon as possible, my wallet contend several valuable documents, including my driver's license.

I lost on 4th of april my egyptian passport at terminal4 after landing from egypt air flight NO. 985 at 3:pm. plz if anyone find it email me at dinaahmed@yahoo.com. a good reward for any leads. thx.

I left 2 very special notebooks in the front seat pocket on Flight 12 (SFO to JFK) on April 13th. They were left at seat 8G business class. These are very special documents. Please contact me asap. Thanks 408-209-6310

    1. Hi I'm Galioto Federica from Palermo, Italy, please the 8th of April I losted my bag type Chapelier spotted fantasy at gate number 4 of Delta airlines.
      In the bag there was: my identity card, my driving license, sunglasses type rayban, a little bag and all my cosmetics.

      Lost Friday April 13,2012 at about 4:30 Pm in Terminal 1,Red Color Plastic Bag written FOX on outside of Bag.Inside were Hebrew Language Newspapers ( not important), and 2 White Color IPhone Boxes with Phone Acessories inside Boxes. These items are very important to me. Need to find today April 16, 2012 by 4:00Pm, daughter is flying out from JFK Airport at 5:30 PM to Rome, she can pick up items before her flight.

      Lost 13 th April 2012 small pendant blue stone circled by white stones, size of around a 1 cent piece, between 14:30 and 19:30 at the United terminal departures between checkin and gate 8 departures. As we went back out through baggage and back in through security may be anywhere in that area.
      Has a huge sentimental value.

      I flew yesterday from Narita Japan to JFK, JFK to Boston. I had a piece of luggage that was a box with brand new car parts. I declared them at customs for their full value and after showing some receipt they were easily allowed thru. However, they didn't make the flight. AA lost baggage counter in Boston said it would be likely on a flight this am and gave me a hotline to call and check. It was not on the am or pm flight today. There is a way on the hotline to contact an agent but it is thru many menus and there seems to be no manager. Talking to the agent continues to result in the same "its still not found" outcome. Also, there is no way to directly call that hotline agent specifically back, meaning I have to constantly repeat my story to a new agent every time. I have also called the Boston and JFK regular lost and founds, the TSA police and lost and found. We tried TSA thinking that perhaps the parts were confiscated even though they passed customs. IF so, where are they and how long will they be held for? How do I find out is they are there? The AA hotline agents claims that there is no direct line to the AA Baggage Claim or ticket counter in either airport... There has to be a direct line or someone else to call..
      Does anyone know a way to contact these counters specifically?
      I need to feel proactive in finding this luggage. I need to know If i need to get in a car and drive back to NY to go pick it up if its still there and not allowed to fly ASAP! This is so frustrating because we asked the AA VP of Baggage Operations in the JFK airport if the package was acceptable or we would just mail it... and it was OK-ed by him as well. I need a way to contact someone at teh AA desk myself. Help!

      My son lost his black duffel bag(New Balance) on April 11TH AT JFK terminal 5 between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. It had about 5 pairs of blue jeans, about 7 Nordic t shirts,a black Gap jacket, a pair of glasses and a retainer in a case, arm and hammer deodorant, a grey hooded sweatshirt, and a bunch of socks in the side pocket.       Traveled on Jet Blue flight #725 on 4/1/12 (5:45AM)to Rincon, Puerto Rico. Passport not seen since entering plane that morning.

      Already checked BQN airport and Hotel. Not Found.
