ITEMS REMOVED FROM SUITCASE RIGHT BEFORE FLIGH DEPARTURE
Hello There,
My cousins were traveling to Brazil on Copa Airlines last Saturday and were told that they had two items in their suitcase that were not allowed to go. The airline crew removed the items and told my cousins they had 15 minutes to go back to the terminal get the items, give to a family member and return to the flight. If they did not return in 15 minutes, the airplane door would be closed and they would not make their flight.
They had no choice to stay in flight. Do you know where and who might have these items? Is the airline responsible for holding the items to be picked up?

Help Required at Terminal 8
Hey, I will be reaching at Terminal 8 from Vegas on 11th oct afternoon. As my connecting flight is on the next day evening (from Terminal 7) I am planning to do a photo-op of New York city for the next 24 hrs. I want to drop my luggage at Terminal 8 - please suggest where. Also I want to catch the sub (or Airport Express) to NY City - please instruct me from which Terminal I get one. I am arriving via KLM from Amsterdam to JFK into Terminal 4..then have 1hr30 transfer time to get to Delta flight to LAX?
